How to Keep Woodsy Herbs Fresh 🌿

Are your woodsy herbs (I’m talking fresh oregano, rosemary, and thyme) going bad too quickly? Here is how we store them in a restaurant kitchen!
Take a dry paper towel and wrap your bundle in it, secure it with a rubber band, and store it in the fridge. Change out the paper towel every few days and your herbs will stay nice and fresh, and last ya at least two weeks.
