I love both the statehood quarters and the National Park quarters too. I was surprised to hear that the Kentucky 2001 quarter is well worth looking for-----and I'll be looking at the ones I have as well as watching for new ones in my change. Thank you J and B for the great video!

Very cool I have several of these 2001 quarters I'm going to have to sit down and look at them closely today. I love the sacagawea and Kentucky error coin. Yes its worth looking for them.

State quarters are worth looking for and will keep my eye on the P and D minted coins ...will pay attention to the population too ...2001 Kentucky definitely worth it to find one with a error too

I think all statehood quarters are worth collecting! I have a few of the 2001 Kentucky and had no idea the mintage was so low. I will definitely be on the lookout for those in higher grades! Thank you for the info.

Well thanks to your videos my tubes of quarters are growing! The Kentucky quarter value along with other state values always surprises me. I have even purchased mint sets. This coin collecting is an illness. ;)

I didn’t know that Sacajawea error existed! I think it’s definitely worth looking for 2001 Kentucky quarters. I have a bad tendency to not take newer coins as seriously when looking for errors. I think I should start looking closer at them!

I have a 2001 Kentucky 1792 D. I received it as a part of my change from McDonald's at Walmart the night before last night.
I am going to reexamine all the quarters again from that release date especially the 2001 Ds and Ps kentucky.as I came across several of them a few months ago and bought them up so yes I would say it's worth looking for them. Thank you for the information

The Kentucky state quarter is definitely worth looking for. It may not be worth grading but $.25 possibly being worth 30$+ dollars makes them valuable to me.

Only God knows how many of these quarters I’ve held in my hand with no idea of their actual value! No more of that, now I’m ready for them!
I USED TO HAVE A QUARTER THAT WAS WORTH OVER 200,000 AND AT THAT TIME I WAS A KID AND I DIDN'T KNOW HOW MUCH IT WAS WORTH SO I JUST and now that I know about coin collecting I remember it was the 1943 copper Penny and at that time copper was needed for the war and there were no coins made from copper so that was an extremely rare coin and just threw it down the toilet

I do think they are worth searching for! I had one 2001 Kentucky quarter once, and it looked like the horse was facing to the left not the right.

It's probably worth looking for them if you're collecting them, and I'll always take a good look at any coin that appears mint state. But chances of finding one worth any decent money seems slim. Thanks J&B!

A Kentucky artist designed (drew) the design for the Kentucky quarter. I wish they would give the artist credit for his idea which they used. I have a quarter from that artist.
I think this was the first quarter I collected. I also found a proof not that long ago that was unscathed. A beautiful design.

I have a 2001 p Kentucky quarter with what I think is a error coin. It's a piece of metal coming out of the horses shoulder and going over the fence .

I had no idea a Kentucky 2001 quartered to be so valuable so i pulled my quarters and after checking 2 whole rolls of 2001, all I had was $2.75 of the Kentucky quarters. But now that I know, I'll be on the look out for some in nice conditions. Although I had twice that in Vermont.
They are certainly worth looking through especially because you never know what else you'll find.
I started collecting state quarter when they came out. It was one of the first sets I began working on. I am about 2/3's done with a MS67 or better state quarter P,D,S clad set.
Is that difficult? On the surface, it would seem that if you purchased the mint sets from the USmint, then you should have some near perfect specimens.
