Stan sings this song in the Maori Te Reo (language) version of The Lion King. So far he is the only foreign language artist who Elton John has allowed to cover this particular song. The other songs have all been covered except Circle of Life... this is an indication of how Stans voice is revered.He is an absolute powerhouse who does touch the soul💖💖💖

hey marie..........yes, this is a more romantic version. lion king has some great music. i have never forgiven simba for how mean and just not nice he was to his mother. yes, silly, i know. i do think that i like the more celebratory tone of the original. glad to see you dipping into disney. enjoyed.
It was OK. Stan Walker has a great voice, but I didn't like the arrangemen.
