I love how the layout turned out uniquely you. You are an excellent teacher and by showing us all your considerations you are helping us develop our artistic eye. I love that you showed how to do the two toned letters the easy way rather than trying to glue skinny letters. That photoshoot looked like a fun time!

The lettering effect was a great choice. That's a new technique to me. Thank you.
It's so much easier to adhere the paper together and die-cut in one pass, than trying to line up and adhere little parts of the letters for the two toned effect. I'm so glad you enjoyed this Laurie.
Yes, it is going to be very interesting seeing the artistic endeavours of the rest of the team!! My eyes are now working well enough to make cards again so my fingers have been busy over the past week & now I have enough Christmas cards created to last me for at least the next three years as I already had some left from the past two years & still another box of leftover scraps to get rid of. So it is back to designing birthday cards for something to do!! This was encouraged yesterday by the early arrival of my box of goodies from the sale of ctmh & in it I had ordered two cut above card kits. The first pack is now assembled into birthday cards so now I just have to finish off the insides of the cards & then I will start on the second pack of 12 cards. Thankfully I own a stamp press as stamping freehand is not on as my eyesight isn't that good!! I was tidying my file unit this morning & found that I have a couple of cut above scrapbooking kits from a few years ago so I think that they will be next on my list... 🤣🤣🤣
It's a super fun collab to be part of. I'm enjoying watching all the layouts come together and listen to the stories and memories from each of the girls. So glad you've been crafting up a storm.
