If I'm right-handed dominant should that hand be at the top or the bottom? I've been practicing my Ayesha with a 0.5 sec hold LOL and I just don't feel safe with my left hand at the top. That leaves me to I don't feel comfortable enough yet with my left hand invert getting my left hand to the bottom! Any advice for me?
Hi! I recommend trying out both sides and see which you are more comfortable with as it really depends on the move, mobility, strenght etc. which side is better. For me it was the side I do my butterfly since I learned my ayesha exiting from butterfly before trying out doing handspring. Hope this helps a bit!
Can you do ayesha on both sides when you drop into it from crucifix/inverted d/extended butterfly? My non-dominant side can barely drop into ayesha from those inverts/tricks and I can currently only handspring on my dominate side (right hand high on pole when i handspring, and I’m right handed)
There's kids that do pole. Talk to your parents about finding pole classes for kids, some studios have them. If your parents are open to it they could even attend an adult class with you, I've seen mother & daughter share a pole before.
❗️This is a challenging move. Make sure you are properly conditioned and ready to train handsprings. Trying too soon can cause injuries
Amazing 🙌🏻
does pole grip not also help keep you more steady on the pole?

And right is also my dominant hand and my better side was right hand on bottom :)
