The tip was VERY helpful! At one point I was able to do Jade Split consistently and after not doing the move for a while, I have been unable to figure out why I kept sliding out of it when I try to get a straighter split. I think that I’ve been turning my leg in so I will def remember to rotate my hip so that the knee is away. Thank you for making this move click again for me!!!
