I love this! Chris was so sarcastic and he was a super genius. He was a dork but so intelligent. 😆 He was a great listener and he cared about his fans. I so much miss him! ❤
I met him briefly once. People never believed me because I said he was soft spoken and really funny. He was, he was a goof that night. I don’t know the guy but I remember meeting him, and he was about this age, early nineties.
He was like a different person back then he looked so happy it was like his whole body and temperament downsized from being quite a man’s man he halved his size cut his hair lost his humour and his eyes were blank watch your loved ones do not let no one suffer in silence learn from our mistakes
If you were to sum up the artists and culture of the early 90's it would be sarcastic and cynical. No one ever took themselves too seriously. I loved it...I mean I "loved" it.
Yep. They were more introverted, more protective. But when you consider the kinds of questions you would constantly get asked by well-meaning journalists, its easy to see how it would get on your nerves.
I saw their second last show of the Badmotorfinger before they cancelled the rest due to Chris blowing his voice out. I still listen to my recording of that concerts. I still remember being bummed they didn't play Outshined.
Chris had a doctorate in sarcasm. It was obviously fun to banter with him
He was really good at sarcasm.
first the temple of the dog broadway show, then temple hits vegas 🤣

what did you talk about or where was this
Chris and Matt and Ben, they are not being serious on purpose, every once in a while Chris is serious. But Chris is sooo adorable❤️🥰💕
I love that they are all sitting by a pool and couldn't be less dressed for a swim
I know, isn't that funny
the tropical waiting pool 🤣
I wonder how this interview happened. Did they have to pay the Holiday Inn to close down the pool so they could do this interview.
Love it!!! I love hearing his philosophy on songwriting in the band...
I knew you would 😁
Chris is so beautiful!
Chris’s giggle is so cute
LOL...Chris dripping in sarcasm answering dumb obvious questions 😆💦 Great video & interview, thank you for posting ❣

WTF are you talking about?? This is so ridiculous.
Also, don't let your loved ones get murdered.
“The Boise scene will be next” 😂 🤣

Missing interviews like this!! Today would have been his birthday. Happy birthday Chris. No one sings like you anymore.
Interviewer is having hard time to keep it serious 😂

Yet Chris is credited as sole writer of most of the songs.
Most 90s grunge artists didnt care for interviews i know kurt hated interviews he said that himself
Yep. They were more introverted, more protective. But when you consider the kinds of questions you would constantly get asked by well-meaning journalists, its easy to see how it would get on your nerves.
Kurt said in an interview that he hates interviews, lol. People need to read between the lines.
And most of those bands hated the stupid term “grunge.”
Out shined was the song that made me think "'There something going on in this scene". I remember where I was when I thought that.
I don't know how many times I've watched this video hahaha
"Melvins?? Bc they are bunch of gd looking guys" ahahahaha
Chris the Musketeer!
Im around his age in this video which is strange to think about it!

Everyone seems so happy here. 😃
Temple hits Vegas, ahh that was the best show ever
"The Boise scene will be next" 😂

This is great. Not one mention of the stupid term “grunge.”

That interviewer was annoying.
