Born in 1963. I heard this song many times while watching t.v. after school. I’ll always have a soft spot in my heart for this song. Thanks Ann-Margaret!
.
This song is so beautiful, I literally just wiped a tear from my eye.
I fell in love with this lullaby as a child and swore never to forget it. Now I sing it to my 5 month old baby girl.
I always imagine myself singing this to my future daughter as well. #daddyduties
That's kinda amazing.
Yeah
Except she's 5 years old now
😊
Ann-Margret really carried this episode all on her own, no question.
Don't forget Pebbles. Her cuteness makes my heart melt.
It's not so much the lullaby itself, it's Ann Margaret's voice! That's the magic.

I'm happy to know that I'm not the only one who has tears hearing this.
I gets me every time too.
Elaine Dotson Me too.
My most favorite episode of the Flintstones was When Annie Margrock (Ann Margaret) sang to Pebbles... I wasn't even born yet in 1963... but 2-1/2 years later I was...I was finally in grammar school and maybe in 1st grade when I seen this episode.. Im 51 now, and I still LOVE this cartoon! ❤️😍 I've secretly sang this song to all 3 of my Children who are now 32 on Sunday...26 and 10 next week... Yeah... This cartoon made an impact! 😂
I grew up watching Flinstones throughout the 80's and 90's with my brothers and sisters and this episode always stood out. Even 30 years later, I was talking to my sister over the phone, mentioning how my fat-ass cat couldn't jump over the baby gate and I said "He tried like a scout" and we both started laughing about how we'd been using that phrase for so long. Its the reason I watched this video clip...
it makes me smile and cry at the same time
I've loved this song for over 40 years ❤️❤️❤️
I was barely 5 years old when this episode first aired.....loved this song then.....still love it now....and although I never had kids..... I've sung it to some of the young infant nieces and nephews in my life
All those years and that song still brings tears to my eyes.
I sang it to my kids when they were babies. Never forgot it as a child, still beautiful.
I loved this song when I was a toddler. 4 weeks ago I had my daughter prematurely, and now I sing it to her in the NICU... ☺️ I think she likes it!
As a Flintstones nut & collector, This episode and Episode 6 of Season 6, "Samantha" (bewitched) two of the BEST Flintstones episodes.
Oh come on, now! You can't leave out *"Tony Curtis"'s appearance as "Stoney Curtis!"*
I think a few people from the present appeared as a Stone Age version of themselves, with names like stone and something similar - or they took a name and adapted it - I believe US chat show host Ed Sullivan became Ed Sullystone - whether he lent his talents to it, or whether he was impersonated is unclear - a lot of the people featured were not known in the UK!
That was one of the most beautiful renditions I ever heard
I sang this song to my grand nephew when he was a baby about 4 years ago and he would smile at me and fall asleep in my arms. Three weeks ago, he became a big brother and now I'm singing it to the latest "Littlest Lamb" in the family. Just like his big brother, when I sing it to him, he smiles and falls asleep in my arms. Those are moments I will never forget.
Too cute, Remeber this as a kid, such a sweet voice and the animation they put to it pure classic!
Oh my word, she sounded beautiful. She's like an angel singing from the depths of heaven.
I totally agree

This is just beautiful. You can play this lullaby for your kids today. It's just so beautiful.
This makes me cry. I love it.
Humm, Believe it or not, this song puts kids to sleep... It worked for my kids and my sister, and Brothers kids... Wow!!!
God this song still KILLS me!
Beautiful voice
this was my favorite one i sang this to my kids. never forgot this song and i was about 8 at the time love it still. thank I have not heard it since wonderful
There in there 20s and 30's now... Man I Miss those days... I Love you Kids, and I ALWAYS think about you..
I had this on double VHS as a kid, and sang it as a lullaby to all 3 of mine. It's still guaranteed to get my youngest off.
When this episode of *"The Flintstones, first aired on ABC-TV, back in the 1960s, I was *way too young* to get what was *so special, about 'Ann-Margaret'. ( 'puberty', hadn't quite kicked in yet!)*
What really hurts, is that the whole episode, *can't be shown on UA-cam! (Curse you! Copyright spoilsports! In the immortal words of "Dick Dastardly"! *Drat! Drat! & TRIPLE DRAT!* )
because of this i called my youngest daughter my littlest one.
One of the sweetest Flintstone moments !!
Thanks for sharing. I loved this show and sang this song to each of my children. oh how Precious is this. what allullabye? I dedicate this to My Children!!! awe
What a performance that episode has to be to date the rarest episode of the flinstones, truly unforgettable.
I really think that it is so beautiful animation because it is one of my favorite songs videos 🌟.
I remember this episode. Her voice made me turned to jello. It was so soft and made me sleepy.
This is my fav episode of the show because of this lullaby. I watched this so many times on UA-cam. Yes it gets me teary eyed everytime.
This song gets in my head st night when I'm giving ready to go to sleep I just go to sleep with that music I'm my head
Pebbles is one of my FAV animated babies!
She's an adorable little angel. Who doesn't love Pebbles, right?
love the song plus love Ann Margent
SO sweet.
I remember some interview years and years ago Ann Margret said this was the hardest thing to do on any show or special
Why?
I am so happy for this show. Really good.
man even Debo from Friday would melt to this!!
i totally adore this song
40 years old and this still gives me sniffles and some water
To think that my mom and her little sisters were toddlers when this episode aired and my grandmother was 7 months pregnant with my uncle. This song is just so sweet. I'm a grown-ass man, I don't care.
Pebbles is very cute here!
For years The Flintstones was on @ noon on CFTO (Toronto). Probably most of my child & teen-hood. Still sad it's not on anymore !!
U can check retro toon channel..they show the Flintstones sometimes
Yeah but I think it's late-night or like 3:30 in the AM.
+Tim O'Brien Good Lord I so remember that, along with Joyce Davidson as well as the Trouble with Tracy!
Yep. It was also on CKCO-TV (Kitchener) right after school, I believe. I grew up with this show. It was wonderful.
I remember watching the Flintstones after I came home from school. I'm 51 now and the Flintstones are still my all time cartoon fav
I sure miss this episode love ann Margaret
I cry every time I see this.
Wish Boomerang would put the Flintstones back on, and not at 3 in the morning!
or you could get the series on dvd and watch any episode at whatever time you want...without commercials 👍🏻😉
It's on MeTV in our area!
Boomerang airs the show every night @ 8.
Remember this shit like it was yesterday. Flinstones was that shit.
loved this show
Beautiful song! Wish this song was released into a single CD or can be downloaded for MP3 players!!
If your browser is Firefox (an older version of it), you can add an extension and download UA-cam videos. You can (hopefully) download the video as an MP3 file.
THis was one of my favorite episodes.
this one the one where willma had pebbles and when betty and barney adolpt bambam are some of my faveolet episodes
Mine too
ya i love how fred gets everybody to the hospital but wilma
I like when Wilma says "The baby will be seven years old before he gets me to the hospital. or something similar to that.
that was funny but not as funny as fred thinking dino was willma
Listen to how simple and pleasant the lyrics are.. Nothing like back then
HEY EVERYBODY, she's also in this week's issue of People magazine, where she's in a photo retrospective of her life and career. (First week of April in case you missed it.) :-)
This episode aired on Cartoon network right after my mom died(May, 1994).
i was too lucky to found this scene at here =)
i learned this song when my daughter was a baby and i'd sing it to her...lol

The ultimate ASMR
Aww so sweet
Sweet!!
it was her voice
The best part of this episode was when she sang the final verse to her one more time at the end.
Def' a role-model for 'girls' of-today to aspire too.
Voice of an angel, hot...
Don't make it dirty, dude. It's just a nice cartoon. Can't anything be sacred anymore!
Pebbles and I have the same birthday.
Ann-Margrock was great, but my weakness was Ginger Granite
This videoclip was aired in 1969.
This episode aired in September of 1963 at the beginning of Season 4. The Flintstones TV show was all but over and 2 years into reruns by 1969...
lol!
pebbles reminds me of Natalie
Good night. 😴
😍😢😭
Send this to North Korea. It could bring world peace
Did Ann-Margaret ever record the two songs she did in this episode? How did they get omitted from Rhino's The Flintstones: Modern Stone-Age Melodies Original Songs from the Classic TV Show Soundtrack (1994)?
Sorry for the late reply but just saw it... The only CD's I've seen it on are in this set. Ann Margret 1961-1966 Complete Box Set....BUT the prices they want for it are insane since it is out of print. (I paid about $35 for it way back when. It does have the Littlest Lamb (Both of them) and the other song on it as bonus tracks.
Aw baby Pebbles was gorgeous, and say what you like about the Flintstones, but back in the 60's they knew how to draw HOT women! I was in love with both the wives, and I still would.
I remember this song from the 90’s when my kids were toddlers but I think it was a different singer. Anyone know of any other versions of the song?
Brent Boehler urs
Uncle Moose in the house...
Does anyone know who did ann mergricks voice in this episode?
Some sources say it was Ann Margaret herself.
If you can ever *find this original episode of "The Flintstones",* check the "closing credits"! You'll find, that *Ann-Margret, 'supplied' the 'voice' for 'Annie!*
This is cartoon just neef a bowl of cereal
no, this new the same singer
ASMR
I sing worse than Fred and Barney but I always got the kids to sleep that was a long time ago but the song is still fresh like it was just saying the other day
@wheelchairmommy me too
Hmmm, a little too touchy-feely for my liking.
