As an Italian American myself,I was gobsmacked by this awesome, impromptu, acapella rendition of a very famous Italian opera piece. He SLAAAYEEED! Even reactions from professional opera singers and vocal coaches were all positive! Thanks again dear friend 😘 ❤🎶 🎵 👍
Adam did it during soundcheck, Brian asked if he wanted to do it during the show and he said yes. Adam studied opera as a teen; he said this was his favourite aria
Holy crap! I knew he had power, but this!? Absolutely amazing. Even the native Italians were cheering him! So glad your patreon requested this. I had no idea. Thanks!
He trained in opera for a year in his younger days. He said so in an interview. 😃 I love Adam Lambert. He can sing anything! This video was recommended to me.
Adam studied operatic singing for only about a year. This is an abridged version of this VERY difficult aria, and while stylistically it isn't necessarily the strongest, he shows that he definitely has the chops for it, and if he had studied it further, he could well have been a totally first rate operatic tenor. I've heard a LOT of professional operatic tenors do this nowhere NEAR as well as he does here.
yea, sometimes i wish he could’ve studied opera professionally bc i enjoy opera myself and would love to see him perform it but opera doesn’t seem to be one of his favorite genres. at least we can hear him perform it from time to time
There are some singers out there who can really sing…..more than one genre. The democrats had Bruce Springsteen sing at a rally. I never liked him and he sounded awful. I felt sorry for him. Someone should convince him his singing days are over. He never had a good voice. They could have asked Adam. I’ve liked him since seeing him on American Idol.
He keeps going flat. He’s in a completely different key by the third phrase. He sings it well from a voice perspective but a cappella was a bad idea maybe in a live arena. I had to stop listening. Stanza, disperata, so out of tune. OMG. My ears. Kudos to the band for meeting him where he was.
This rendition was perfect, he is in a totally different league from anyone out there. This was in the middle of a Rock Concert, I don't see any of the Italian Queen Fans complaining. Simple answer to you, if you didn't like why did you watch?

I was mesmerized listening to Adam sing Opera, Nessun dorma no less. Astonishing!!! Listen to that tenor powervoice voice! Thanks for sharing!!!!
Half way through the show he's sings this and then goes on to sing the rest of the show. He's an incredible performer.

Thanks!
He performed Nessun Dorma in the Middle of the show, mostly a capella and without hardly any preparation.
Omg this was just stunning!!!!! It was so so so good! And at a Queen concert??? Wow!
Thank you Nick and Madison for the request! Adam is so versatile with his singing abilities, I get teary-eyed when I hear him sing this song! ❤

Chills. Amazing!
HE is vocally unchallenged. A magical voice. He says he had opera trying in his youth.

I wish there was a dvd of this concert
this was the middle of the show - he is in another league, seriously
Those high notes were even in his chest voice! Holy cow!
I wish there is a dvd of this concert
Nick, you should check out Dimash/Placido Domingo Pearl Fishers Duet, George Bizet😊
Adam is classically trained for 12 years. So why cant he sing opera?

Now you should check Nessun Dorma by Dan Vasc. I think it's the best one, of course. You could let people vote on their favorite.
