Guys I’m touching 65mph on my Gy6 150 with bullet proof belt, blue spring, fan clutch after market, no intake, any recommendations on how to get it quicker? Oh and ngk spark plug
We did a ton of testing with sliders and rollers on this variator. Sliders didn’t perform as well. We want the best performance possible. SO ROLLERS IT IS :-)
You tighten your variator nut all wrong, you don’t even get the belt out from behind it. You gotta squeeze the driven slider open and get the belt out from behind the fan. I’ve seen this cause the variator fan to come loose and it the splines get ruined from it.
