Creating a Super Easy Split Front Skirt With Adjustable Waistband (Ravenna Cosplay Build Part 1/5)

I'm moving quickly through my Ravenna build and wanted to share with you how I made this adjustable, floor length overskirt. It doesn't require a pattern and can be made in a couple of hours. Once I complete Ravenna, I'll be back to working through my Sakizo build, so tune back in for that!
