You must've read my mind Carl! I've been listening to a ton of Bad Company and Free recently, and wanted to learn their best songs. This is a great song, thank you. Bring on more Bad Company and maybe a Free song if you can
Hei Carl, thanks for teaching me Diary of a madman, and a bunch of other songs. I have been following your channel for a couple of years, and I truly love and appreciate your work. I am hoping you might consider making a video of how to play all the parts of, Fates Warning - The road goes on forever. I have always wanted to play that song, but I can't find any videos teaching it, and I can't read music (yet.) Anyway, this is the best guitar-teaching channel on youtube, keep up the good work 🙂
Carl without someone like you and old timer like me wouldn't have a chance to learn . I just want to say thank for all your hard work. You r incredible dude!😎🎸🎶🎶

Thanks Carl! There aren’t many good song lessons online for the songs from painkiller. Would you be able to teach a few of them. Possible hell patrol or one shot at glory
You always do such a good job, but you left out the bridge on this one in the bridge is probably the best part of the whole song guitar wise and an all-time classic!!!

Nice work again Carl. Now I can see where Wolfmother ripped off, sorry borrowed, the intro to their song White Unicorn 😆. Hope you can finish off Blizzard of Ozz and Diary of a Madman and pull out a few Jake tunes from The Ultimate Sin & Badlands this year, as there is nothing of your quality on YT. Thanks again Carl, always appreciated.
Awesome song and chorus riff, reg chords, but the rhythm and choice of notes played make it magic! Join the Academy and get the best teacher of guitar and all Carl's courses! The outro solo here provides another great opportunity to improvise by extending the solo - a great motivational tool which allows one to play along with a classic song and develop more blues licks! Check out Carl's many courses, including his Blues Rock Bootcamp!
Hey Carl, definitely without a doubt the most helpful Guitar Teacher out here on UA-cam. Thanks for all these amazing lessons. I was wondering If you would be able to teach "Blew" from the Classic Grunge Album "Bleach" Nirvana. That would be really great, anyway keep teaching!! 👍😀
Carl more bad company songs please! they are easy to play and sound great.. next throw up a lesson for boys cry tough it actually has some nice tasty picking and fulfilling melodic solo
Hello Carl, I got a question for you, what the 😊 Rhythm pattern for intro and the verses for each chord Thank you so much, Thumbs up for a great lesson.
I'll second that and we might as well add Just Got Lucky, The Hunter, Burning Like a Flame, Mr Scary and Walk Away to the 2024 wish list too. Carl has turned me into a George Lynch Dokkenaholic 😁😁👍🤘🤘🤘
😮I have to agree with another comment here, that you skipped the part of the song that I most wanted to see covered. I realize that it's just a version of the verse, using stacked voicings and hammer-ons to these voicings, but it would have been really nice to see how you would have worked out an arrangement of it that could have been realistically played by one guitarist, since that's my band situation. Guess I'll keep doing what I worked out for that portion.
You know I did this all with an acoustic electric guitar and I was laughing my ass off when it came to the hard rocking chorus.... I basically just put a bunch of gain on the amp but I was using an acoustic guitar and it sounded like a fender 🤣🤣🤣
Yeah that’s a great one too, In my opinion Megadeth has greater lyrics than other thrash metal bands I mean yeah Dave doesn’t have the greatest vocals and stuff but the riffs and the emotion and stuff he puts in is really incredible
