    Going to use both those ideas, have a heap of old star pickets that would twist in a really interesting way! I’ll give it a try and send you a pic if can find an email.

    That's one thing that always amazed me at the state park, people just ooohed and ahhed when you put a twist in something. Of course I'd always add "Everything in life needs a little twist!"

    Would love to do some twisting but haven't got good vice just one on a stand, and it's not meant for hot steel. Excellent job mate.

    i need to remember some of that stuff for guards, would all come handy for rapiers,

    Just wow. who knew you could twist pipe. The angle iron was impressive. I wonder how chains would look if you weld them and then twisted them.
