Will it run? Kato N Scale EMD SD70m in CSX colors. Trains with Shane Ep 68

Today's mystery is an N scale Kato EMD SD70m that I picked up on eBay. I grabbed this for a project and got it for a pretty good deal. It's definitely used. The question is, Will it run?

Usually poor care and lack of cleaning are to blame for most poor or non runners. Not even Kato is immune to that but they do have a very nice reliable mechanism. Easy to keep running, and running well.

Hey if yiu ever end up dropping a sound decoder in that if you could make a video on it I have the same one and I've been wanting to drop some dcc and sound in there but don't really know how to go about doing it. It would be my first time converting a loco. Do you know what woukd be a good decoder with sound I could drop in this?

I'm pretty sure Esu has a drop in decoder but I don't remember if they require re-soldering of the little metal motor contacts that come on the factory light board.
