Thank you for the video. Did not see much of water activities. I read that they have snorkeling and water activities. Can you comment about it. Also, do they scan each meal so you're not exceeding 3 meals a day or how is it being track? Spa all free?
You’re welcome, I opted more for a tour rather than an overview of the activities but you can rent the snorkel stuff as well as body boards, floats etc from the beach area, whilst we were there they were also doing free scuba lessons! All this is free you just have a limited time. Meals weren’t monitored you just scan your wristband wherever although not all restaurants are open all hours but there are quick service areas for burger, ice creams, drinks etc all free. The spa however is an extra charge for all treatments but the gym is free. I hope that helps?
Did you do the all inclusive there? If so where you able to eat at all the restaurants their? I’m planning a trip but don’t know if I should do an Airbnb and save money or do the all inclusive. Any tips or suggestions are welcomed! Thank you.
We did do all inclusive yes! We are at most of the restaurants and they were all pretty good quality, we were only there for 5 days so didn’t get a chance for everything, I’m not sure what the process is for eating if you’re doing AirBnB but the restaurants are great quality so I’d recommend trying them if you can! Enjoy your stay!
Did you give a tour of your room ? I did not see it. We are coming here for a wedding in 2023 and are staying in there Gold double bed room . The basic of the rooms lol
Thanks for watching! There wasn’t one in this video however we put a separate review up ua-cam.com/video/kq3YjvndUAs/v-deo.html This was a deluxe gold in the Heaven adults only side, it would be a great place for a wedding, pretty jealous!
Playa del Carmen. Playacar. Riviera Maya. 3 names all in the same place. I’m confused. Are these the names of a town? The town? The beach? The region? Hard Rock Riviera Maya. Riu Riviera Maya. More confusion. I know that on the map there is a town called Playa del Carmen and all these hotels are close by on the coast but the rest of these names are confusing. I don’t see anything on the map that says Riviera Maya. What’s going on?
I don’t think there’s a restriction on it but I would check with the hotel, both sides are open but you just can’t take children in a lot of the adult areas
Looking online it seems you’re supposed to get better room locations, preferred seating, loungers etc but it’s a time share vacation club thing so I’m not sure those benefits stack up
Great video. Can I ask what the vibe is like around the pools, is rock music played? I looked at punta cana but sounds like Spanish dance beats on repeat lol Also, what's the beer and drink like?
Thanks very much, the vibe is pretty good, didn’t seem to be a lot of pool games or anything but they did have music playing, a lot of western music with a DJ etc Drinks from all over the world, loads of options to choose from, not just the cheap stuff.
Before you plan on exploring Hard Rock Riviera Maya, be aware that it doesn't have a real beach. What they have are what they call beach coves which, while connected to the sea water, they won't nearly provide you with a real beach experience. On the other hand, be ready to be removed from the swimming pool side chair unless you are a member of their VIP club which costs several hundred dollars a year.
Love this video, just came back from Hard Rock Punta Cana which was incredible, I fancy trying this one now after seeing your vid
Thank you! Punta Cana, Dominican Republic? That’s on our list after this one 😂 we loved our stay here, so much to do but so relaxing!
@@ABritTravels Yes, Dominican Republic. Fantastic resort

Thank you for the video. I am going there with my kids in April. Do you know if the children are allowed in the restaurants on the adults only side?
Children are allowed in the restaurant on the adults only side. Have an amazing time!

You can always do both! We're staying at an Airbnb but we're going to get the all inclusive day pass and enjoy this hotel for a day.

What extras do the people who are part of the legendary club get
