Just wanted to say thank you for these videos! My family is going in April and there wasn’t much out there. This was a great walk through and explanation. I’ll be watching the others too!
@@suhailasafdarali9142 it was was great! As soon as u arrive at the resort ur welcomed with open arms bottle of champagne 🍾🥂 and tequila or mixed drinks in the lobby. And then straight to eat! I recommend eating lunch at the Market restaurant for the best buffet, the Brazilian steakhouse is great for a more private dinner , reservation is better, 24hr room service, the fruit is so good at midnight 😂, great service, food everywhere near all pool sides. Endless ice cream 🍨 and snack my 4 kids thought we were in heaven for 8 days! A little pricey but I had to get the two room sky Terrance for six people. Snorkeling was great at their lagoons! Very kid friendly. I recommend it! Short flight 🛫 from west Texas 3 hrs!
No, there’s isn’t a long beach to walk on - but the inlets are beautiful, calm and crystal clear! We loved the “beach” area at the Hard Rock. Thanks for watching!
Me and mi familia went there and it was amazing and mesmerizing Would give it a 9.5/10 but do not eat at the toro restaurant it gave me and my family awful food poisoning
@@WherewegoingNext on all school holidays,/vacation and public state holidays it is all family including heaven. How do I know this? I asked The hotel admits it. We were booked to stay and a few reviews which looked suspicious And hence Hey I don't mind kids just don't lie We told TUI with proof, hence we got our deposit transferred to another hotel TUI knows this so what they are selling is not correct But hey it doesn't matter to us we found out, but a half truths is just a lie really

We were there around 2013 or so. There was no water park back then. The hamburger and hotdog guy used to be at the beach and not the pool.

I love the lagoons. Calm water that is warm with a few fish for snorkeling and I don’t have to be paranoid of sharks. Which I am. Haha.
Are all the restuarants inclusive? And also can you only order 1 entree per guest.
Yes they are all included, other than awaken your senses. Usually just one entree, but you could try asking for more 🤣
Are the restaurants part of the all inclusive package or are they extra charge?

We really enjoyed the food! Yes, there is seafood and lobster at some of the ala carte restaurants

It’s across from the front of the main lobby.
How far from airport? What transportation did you take
We took Canada transfers from the airport to the hotel. It was about 1.5 hours away.
Is there a lazy river?
No there is not 🤷🏼♀️

Be aware the heaven is Not always adults only. .
Only adults can stay there, but some of the restaurants do allow children.

I just went here and everything was amazing but the only con was that there was always a baby screaming and crying like they were getting tortured 💀
🤷🏼♀️that happens sometimes. If you prefer an adults-only resort, you can try the “Heaven” section.
