My heart goes out to all the ladies who are trying to function without this, as I tried for years. I only just started treatment some weeks ago, so it's too soon to tell, but I am thankful. ❤

After you educating me..I realise i must have low or no testosterone..!
I have no ovaries. Adrenal insufficiency.
So both organs that make testosterone. I dont have any function...
I was given an oestrogen/ testosterone implant. Due to early menopause.
Never felt so well in my life. Transformational...
I am seeing my GP to discuss and ask fir refferral as we have a local NHS specialist menopause clinic run by a gynacologist.
I am at risk of osteoperosis as 0n steroids for life.
I have all the symptoms of low Testosterone.
If i have no luck with the NHS. I will go private.
Thank you so much for educating us.
    ❤❤❤❤❤

What are the actual numbers showing low testosterone in your blood tests.
What happens when, for example, 20 is considered low but you have a test showing 21 ?
It’s great that you are educating women with your knowledge, so that we can advocate for ourselves.
I worry though that there’s still not enough current education for Drs in practice.
Living in France is difficult in this regard because finding a Dr or a gynecologist who is up to date on the latest information is impossible.
Add to the fact that they think it’s Illegal to prescribe testosterone unless you are a male or transitioning to a male !

Increased hairloss, increased cystic acne - that's why.
Despite your clinic and others saying many women experience thicker hair and don't get acne, in many of our subs, forums you'll see a huge number of women saying they don't get on with it. Is it the majority? Possibly not. But I've tried it several times and all I got for it was scars from the acne, expensive private dermatology apts, medications to treat the acne (because the NHS is terrible) and massive hair loss that's not recovered.
Please stop acknowledge and address us!
It's boring and exhausting that those of us who don't get on with progesterone and / or testosterone, don't see these miracle results from oestrogen aren't part of the conversation. We're here and we exist!
Testosterone therapy causes cystic acne (face and body) and hair loss for a lot of women. Let's start talking openly, please and thanks.

I had acne as a young girl through to my 20s. Only age (less oily), hormones and UV light have ever really helped my acne.
I get very few spots since mid 30s.
Before and since starting testosterone my acne has not changed.

Yes did you. As my gp is frustrating me! I have now decided to go private to Dr Newson. And no I can't really afford it but I have no choice @@sandrawheeler1521

I was investigating Midi this morning because of worsening symptoms, and found that they will only prescribe testosterone if you live in a handful of states. Very frustrating.

You would think in this age. Women would be treated equally to men. But clearly not....!! Just ridiculous....

Could you add some info to the Balance app on progesterone where a woman has had a hysterectomy (TAHBSO). I cant seem to find anything concrete on whether progesterone would help and the NHS menopause clinic in my area says its only for women who still have a uterus.

So where are "natural" testosterone drugs derived or produced from? Not a pregnant mare or a yam plant?
