How to Cook Seabream FIsh

Ingredients (to make 6 - 8 cups):
- 1/2 cup peanut butter, smooth or creamy, not chunky
- 1/8 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups chocolate chips (milk chocolate or semi-sweet)
Equipment:
- Muffin tray
- 6 to 8 muffin liners
Directions:
- Line 8 muffin tins with muffin liners
- Melt 1/3 of the chocolate chips
- Pour evenly into the muffin liners
- Place muffin tin in the fridge for one hour until the chocolate solidifies
- Place the peanut butter into the microwave for 30 seconds
- Add to it the powdered sugar and mix well until the sugar melts and all lumps disappear
- Pour 1 tablespoon of the peanut butter mixture on top of the solidified chocolate
- Place in the fridge for 30 minutes
- Melt the rest of the chocolate chips, and pour to cover the peanut butter cups
- Tap the tray a few times to flatten the top and place in the fridge for one hour
- Peel the paper liners while the peanut butter cups are still cold
- And Enjoy!Ingredients:
• 1 seabream fish
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon salt
• ½ teaspoon red chili powder
• ½ teaspoon 7 spice blend or fish spice (optional)
• 4-5 garlic cloves
• 2 tablespoons lemon juice
Ingredients for the sauce:
• ¼ cup lemon juice
• ¼ cup tahini
• 1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise
• ¼ teaspoon salt (or more to taste)
• ¼ teaspoon chili powder
• 4 garlic cloves, pureed
Directions:
• Combine all the ingredients of the marinade, and spread over the fish
• Place a flat shallow pan over low heat, and when pan gets hot, place the fish, and cook for 2 to 3 minutes
• Turn and cook the other side
• Repeat this process until your fish is tender and fully cooked. It should take around 20 minutes of cooking time
• Serve with the sauce
Directions for the sauce:
• Puree the garlic well by crushing it with a garlic crusher
• Add all the other ingredients and whip with a fork.
• Or simply place all the ingredients in a blender.
• Add some water if the sauce is too thick.
• Service along with the fish and enjoy!
