    Bro listen to me... Nobody wants you to explain market sophistication in a powerpoint presentation. SHOW US. Go into ad manager, heres a creative, heres the headline, heres the body copy. This is Level 1. Copy it and make it unique to your niche.
    I PROMISE YOU it's what we all want to see. Not being a jerk, I just genuinely want you to succeed.

      I would love to do that, but majority of our clients have contracts in place that do not allow me to do so. All our work is for clients.

      My man, it is not this dudes job to spoonfeed you creatives.
      Like, not to be a jerk on my end either but, he just sat here for likely way longer than the the length of this video
      giving you real life examples of tried and true marketing tactics that have already proven to be successful, explained why they are successful, why the work, and how you can then implement the ideas into your ads for your clients, for free on youtube.
      Yet your first response is "why no give me all of your ads so I can C/P"?
      cmon man...
      Besides, the marketing side and being creative isnt even that hard and its the fun part. Why not go try everything he explained and see what works?

      @@Zhadow45 You missed my point on this. Nick spends countless hours coming up content. (A general script, filming, editing, thumbnails, and more.) The value he provides is unquestionable - but the way its presented is off. These are facts clearly shown in the analytics. His powerpoint videos do 1-3k views where as his bests videos (live building facebook ads) aka SHOWING do 10k+. Clearly he wants to grow the channel and bring in new clients and all I offered was honest feedback on how he might accomplish that better. The content can stay the same, but nobody wants to be taught theory. We want to SEE the master at work. Period.

Can we use the exact same ad setup that an e-commerce based business would? Any chance you can make a video?

      You're not the first person with clothing, so you're either in a stage 3-5
      Doubt you made a whole new piece of clothing (example first person to invent women's leggins)
      So you need to play in a stage 4 or 5

    Hey Nick- We have a new campaign BROAD/1 DCT/at $10/day running for 9 days now--- Our CTR is about 2.5% (decent?) and CPM is really high at $36 (apparel brand) BUT with no sales--- Is there something wrong? Do we need to turn OFF or is our daily spend too low to get enough data or traffic? CTR and creative seems OK.....

    • @mattoates9050
      @mattoates9050 4 місяці тому

      Run more DCTs. A 2/10 hit rate is good! And increase your budget. $10 a day is way too low to test. $100 a day minimum.

    • @filmingyu6623
      @filmingyu6623 4 місяці тому

      Thanks! Isn't 2/10 20%? Our CTR fluctuates 2.3-2.8%... So if CTR is good at 2% after 9 days at $10/day, is it too late to increase budget? It's scary for us, we're new. Would $15-20/day be enough and wait for how many days for 1st sale?@@mattoates9050

    What stage of market sophistication would it be to talk about the heritage of a product which speaks to the gifting desire?
    I’m introducing a new dimension to the product, which is the heritage story. Would this count as a stage 3 or is it more stage 2 as it isn’t directly a new mechanism?

    • @NickTheriot
      @NickTheriot  14 днів тому

      Depends on how that heritage impacts the reason someone buying.

    • @danyiltolkach
      @danyiltolkach 12 днів тому

      @@NickTheriot makes sense! Thanks🙏
      Another question: can a stage 3 “new mechanism” become a stage 2 if everyone in the market starts using the same “new mechanism”?
      Example from my case:
      Companies are advertising their products as “danish design or scandinavian style chairs/tables etc” which could be a unique feature (stage 3) in some markets but in others it doesn’t sound unique at all - does this make it stage 2 considering the market?

    Hi! I need your advice. I'm promoting a new Instagram account from scratch and I want to get 10K followers. Targeting the US is expensive. Would it be okay to gather followers from all over the world for now? After all, when I advertise for sales in the US using your strategy, I won't be doing retargeting or lookalike audiences anyway.
