Trevor punching Dracula like it was going to do something was funny. This episode was heartbreaking with Dracula realizing he was killing his son and Alucard grieve for killing his dad and knowing it had to be done when he sat down and started crying I was too.

At the beginning of 3:32 they played the most famous castlevania song that has been in almost every generation of castlevania games from nes to current gen this god like creation of a song is none other than Bloody Tears XD

The thing that is least like the games in this ENTIRE SERIES is that the sword familiar is *actually fucking useful*. That's right, I said it. Come at me.
I just like how they still had that much trouble in killing a weakened Dracula, and even then would probably have lost if Dracula hadn't blasted into Alucard's room to get the feels!
I love the little details present here from the look of determination Trevor gets when he sees the picture of the first Belmont (Leon) to the difference between Trevor's punches on Dracula and Dracula's punches on him, to things like Sypha's icicles holding Dracula in place so he can be hit by the Morning Star. Just a lot of fantastic scenes with excellent attention to detail with the animation and voice acting to back it. One of the best episodes of the series and up there with the best of any show.
This drives home why none of the previous Belmonts were able to defeat him. Though all the Belmonts from Sypha and Trevor's lineage are much stronger than Trevor is here.
Easily one of the most heart-wrenching episodes. The high of the amazing battle and hilarious memes and then that ending... completely hits you in the feels....
My god, Trevor, Sypha, and Alucard are literally SO GOOD in combat, MY GOD. They all cover each other's weaknesses so well. One example is how Sypha is a bit of a glass cannon, but Alucard makes up for that by taking all of the major hits and Trevor keeps on the offensive to distract from her. So good. Alucard makes up the bulk of their front line forces, and individually their unmatched, but together, with their team synergy, making up for each other's weaknesses and playing off of each other's strengths, they're truly unstoppable.
Man, after seeing a certain episode in season 4 involving a battle within the castle, the action in this episode looks normal in comparison which just shows how much they amp the action to amazing degrees every season.
The show never comes out and says it with elemental magic like Sypha practices, but we know Isaac's forge power requires humanity. So Isaac wouldn't really benefit from becoming a vampire. He's already a very powerful sorcerer. Humans are no joke in Castlevania!
He does actually mention it, in S3 when hes talking to the captain he specifically says to him it's a skill it takes years to learn, and requires a human connection
@@brainchild1449 Totally, sorry that was poorly worded. I meant Speaker magic may also be human only, but they never say. Forgemaster is *definitely* human only.
Dracula lost his wife, and his rage was understandable, but it blinded him to the point that he forgot he still had someone left to care for, His son. That's why that final scene in Alucard's room is so powerful. It woke him from his rage and self destructive behavior made him realize he still had something to hold onto.
Its a *cool detail* that Dracula uses his claws to fight Trevor, Sypha and other vamps but never uses his claws while fighting Alucard, he hesitates and goes for a fist fight with his son. Subconsciously, he is trying to keep Adrian, his son, alive because he almost killed him a year ago giving in to rage. So somewhere that once loving father is still there. And That love is what saved them in the end.
My favorite part of this episode is Trevor punching Dracula and him responding with “You must be the Belmont” because it implies every other Belmont that’s fought him has tried the same thing😂
This episode, perfect, the bloody tears theme kicking in amazing! This got my so so hyped when I first saw it. All this time later and your reactions got me just as hyped. 😂💜
Also something to note Alucard was the only vampire close to Dracula's strength But realize dracula wasn't truly trying He was weakened And depressed Used almost no magic Like alucard said he died a long time ago
The fight at the beginning is even better when you realize that the music playing, Bloody Tears, is one of the most iconic tracks in Castlevania history.
I was not emotionally ready to go from the ass whooping he was dishing out to almost bawling my eyes out at the drop of a hat, this episode always gets me emotionally charged and flips me on a dime lol.
This was a damn fantastic episode in a great season. Real tears, man. Having villains you can empathize with can sometimes take away from the heroes but this show is a master class in how to pull it off. Hard to believe this studio also did the He-man....thing.
There is one more episode, but this series does things in a "Game of Thrones"/"Bojack Horseman" kinda way, where the penultimate is the climax and the finale is the resolution. I actually really like that setup for shows. Different than having it all happen at the end but makes for much better pacing. Great reaction, guys, glad you loved it as much as I did!
The whole fight between Dracula and trio was great but I especially love the bout specifically between Alucard and Dracula. It displayed the perfect combo between good hand-to-hand and melee combat choreography, the utilization of their vampiric power so that it doesn't look too human, and the demonstration of their strength and the destruction two powerful vampires can cause when fighting. Excellente!
@@lukastace3154 When I first saw this show I thought of that right before the fight and thought "They're at the advantage this is the perfect time for them to strike but when I saw Dracula stop Alucard's sword with just three fingers I was like 😳 he caught that damn thing like it was a paper airplane

The portrait was Leon Belmont , the first Belmont who started chasing the creatures of the night. He is the main character of the PS1(PS2?) Castlevania game. He is the one who moved from France and dug the Belmont trove.
Wasn't he also BFFs with Drac's former human self?
I just hope they don't skip over Simon to do Ricther, like they are talking about.
@@DizRupTnz yes
@@DizRupTnz He tricks Leon to kill a high ranking vampire Walter to snare Death and become immortal as f-u to God.
Trevor punching Dracula like it was going to do something was funny. This episode was heartbreaking with Dracula realizing he was killing his son and Alucard grieve for killing his dad and knowing it had to be done when he sat down and started crying I was too.
I’ll never get tired of the sharingan noises 😭😂😂😂
lol me neither
15:04 in Castlevania being bit by a vampire isn't the only way to become one, and once you are it's more like you're your own person, not necessarily linked to Dracula
the song played when trevor, cipher and alucard fought the vampires is bloody tears. a classic theme heard in most castlevania games over the years.
Been waiting for y'all to react to this episode.
By the way, I love you guys, y'all are hilarious and I'm loving your life is strange playthrough. Are we gonna get footage of the end of episode 4?
We didnt finish the episode, what yall saw was literally the end of the stream lol. We will be streaming the end of 4 and episode 5 tonight
@@YaBoyRoshi Ohhh... my bad broski.
Well aight then, I look forward to seeing it!
I like that scene when Trevor was looking at Leon Belmont's portrait before heading out to fight Dracula. The whole legacy of the Belmont family shown in a single shot.
Minute?
"How much Naruto do you want this episode" 😭😭😭 my thoughts exactly
"yes"
Damn the “I’m killing our boy” hit really hard
the voice actors in this show are OP bruh, especially Graham McTavish who voices dracula dude has the perfect voice for a character with that stature
At the beginning of 3:32 they played the most famous castlevania song that has been in almost every generation of castlevania games from nes to current gen this god like creation of a song is none other than Bloody Tears XD
adding on the weird dodges, that one dude that was gonna get sliced by sypha's ice wall literally could've moved to the side and didn't... like bro with all that castle space, why you backing up in a straight line xddd
Being nigh immortal does not make you smarter as shown with Godbrand.
"Hey look at me I'm so cool I can walk on- OH GOD WHY"
Obviously he was an graduate of the "Prometheus School of Running Away from Things"
Roshi saying daddy chill and them gliding past it has me questioning some things lol
bro whoever edits the videos is a god!! the "discombobulate" when Alucard chopped Dracula fucking killed me.
The fact that they used the OST "bloody tears" when they entered the castle was golden.
Friendly reminder that Dracula had been starving himself for weeks at this point and still just him getting serious made the sky turn bloody red
I loved how when they were going up,Leon Belmont's portrait was like, looking to them, almost saying: "You have my weapon,Now,Finish the job"
Easily my favourite episode of the series. That true Castlevania OST playing during the battle with the vampires.
Easily one of the most heart-wrenching episodes. The high of the amazing battle and hilarious memes and then that ending... completely hits you in the feels....
This is when everyone fell in love with this show
Dude I fell in love ages before that. This was just just rewards,
@@Darkfrost7456 same I loved it from the beginning 😂❤️
@@Darkfrost7456 Agreed
I’m convinced sheera has written all the shows they watching and she just comes to kick it for the reactions.
6:04 She hit him with the burning god finger from g Gundam lmfao
This episode, perfect, the bloody tears theme kicking in amazing!
This got my so so hyped when I first saw it.
All this time later and your reactions got me just as hyped. 😂💜
This episodes is one of the greatest imo aswell I actually tears up on the scene Dracula’s cries cause he nearly kills his son
Were they... Bloody Tears? *ba dum tss*
@@lukastace3154 when you mention it I think I did 😂
@@ItsBenne lol I was talking about the soundtrack btw
@@lukastace3154 ye got it was funny nonetheless ty for laugh
Was reading some manga but this is one of my fav episodes so fuck that
Same bro
Also something to note
Alucard was the only vampire close to Dracula's strength
But realize dracula wasn't truly trying
He was weakened
And depressed
Used almost no magic
Like alucard said he died a long time ago
"Alucard will be dealing with this in therapy, when it's invented in 400 years." ~ Red
the fucking punch sound effects, im dead 💀
The fight at the beginning is even better when you realize that the music playing, Bloody Tears, is one of the most iconic tracks in Castlevania history.
We kneel before Sypha supremency
No I am not great character tho
I was not emotionally ready to go from the ass whooping he was dishing out to almost bawling my eyes out at the drop of a hat, this episode always gets me emotionally charged and flips me on a dime lol.
8:55 lol!
9:47 Lmao, it thought I was imagining things. Appreciate how he delivered that clean strike of discombobulatation.
I have seen castlevania but watching your videos seems like I’m rewatching it with people which is nice
This was a damn fantastic episode in a great season. Real tears, man. Having villains you can empathize with can sometimes take away from the heroes but this show is a master class in how to pull it off.
Hard to believe this studio also did the He-man....thing.
He didn’t “forget” about that room
Excellente!
Yeah, and I like the fact that Dracula hadn't fed in a while and wasn't at max power or the fight would be over INSTANTLY
@@lukastace3154 When I first saw this show I thought of that right before the fight and thought "They're at the advantage this is the perfect time for them to strike but when I saw Dracula stop Alucard's sword with just three fingers I was like 😳 he caught that damn thing like it was a paper airplane
@@Arkhuman11 Yeah, and like they said they didn't even animate Dracula getting hit when Trevor was punching him lmao
@@lukastace3154 I knew they'd get a kick out of that shit 🤣
@@Arkhuman11 the sound effects tho, had me dying lol
I’m not ready to see them react to the ending of episode 8. It’s honestly very heart breaking
Think Alucard, what would you have after 500 years?!
Not you dad.
*fucking dies*
This is easily my new favorite reaction video from them. Waited a long time for them to view this episode of Castlevania. It had everything: action, emotion, stellar animation, etc. The fun part is, they still have two more epic seasons of this great show to go.
"Think Alucard, what would you have after 500 years?" Not this meme again, dad. Just stop
THINK ALUCARD THINK!
Rather dark, considering Alucard can't give Mark's response.
Why? This meme is still, to this day, amazing.
@@MasteringJohn Alucard just starts crying
"I won't have you Dad"
"Wait, what? ALUCARD STOP"
**gets stabbed**
I knew the meme was coming the daddy chill one because even I was thinking it 😂
Also remember Alucard is like 20 and he spent a year asleep. This is a teenager killing his father who he knows and remembers being a great father.
that shit's sad
This episode is full of roller coaster of emotions but most especially heartbreaking.
Rewatching this series with you guys has been awesome, don't remember this ep being this 🔥
all 3. Alucard, Trevor with the Morningstar, and Sypha with the magic. all while 'Bloody Tears' is playing in the background. Perfect.🔥🔥🔥
And don't forget, Dracula was severely weakened for not consuming any blood for quite a while and depression.
Can you even imagine him in his prime?
I like the detail that they didn't give him max power, because then Alucard wouldn't even have survived taking the fight to his old room, it would have been over in like a minute lma
Dracula in his head: Oh he’s trying to punch me. A very Belmont move, I think I’ll have a little fun with him.
The fight with Bloody Tears playing in the background is one of the best Fight scenes of all time.
Dude the sound effects you added when Trevor was punching Dracula had me dead .🤣🤣🤣
"Daddy chill!"
That's what she said
2:17 That's Leon Belmont. The first Belmont who swore his bloodline to hunt the creatures of the night.
The invincible edit for Sypha was goddamn hilarious.
Sypha showing why you never fuck with a wizard in D&D
