I'll help out. No, not all mushrooms will grow this way. These are oysters, and they are known to grow from buckets easily. There's also certain temperatures that mushrooms fruit in, which none of that is explained in this video. Most Oster shrooms fruit between 65 and 75 degrees. Also, there's no such thing as mushroom seeds. What they used were grains, probably rye grain, that had been injected with a oyster spore, that eventually turned into mycelium. It's a bag a of oyster mycelium in rye grain that they are using for their so called mushroom seeds.
