它有炸過和沒炸過的都叫做麵輪嗎，料理的方式也很大不一樣，我記得是這樣。
麵腸要用手剥成薄片再去炒才會好吃😊

about half of this process appears pointless. why get cut the blobs and put on trays to then move around and move to other traywhy roll some of the things around sticks and some not, only to then remove the sticks and chop the rolled blobs xD
