Interest discussion. The only question I have not seen ask is. What if all the assets are under his mother's name before the marriage. The football club is actually paying Hakimi Holding which is his mother company and as Achraf Hakimi said, his mother gives (paid) him only 20%? Are we not asking this type of question because of the possibility of more men will use this strategy. Technically Hakimi is not working for the football club.

His name is Asjjjraf, this is how you pronounce it..not as Akraf. Ashraf, (the sh pronounced as the sh in shout) written as Achraf in Spanish(he was born and raised in Spain) It means noble in Arabic.

To do this in US the mother has to build a trust and the son has to donate it to the mothers trust. Now since he has donated the money no court can get it back because its a donation. Simple .
That's a perfect strategy but they will still make you pay the amount by looking at your yearly income despite your property is saved. You can hide your money in a form of gifts to your parents.

In Florida yes you can . I grew up in south Florida I have been divorced in state of Florida my ex get none of my assets with the her best lawyer in the town lawyers dont change the court room laws . Most lawyers lied to the clients make them to believe you can have help of the husband assets my ex she received child support that's all that's normal. I kept my house also my investments by the way I am moroccan as well we know how the system work family laws pretty much is the same .

What if all of your assets where in your Mother's name before you're married would the wife still be able to get it in Divorce Court or only what you build together with your wife while married?
Here in India we have a provision regarding gifts in the Income Tax Code. As per the provisions you can gift freely upto INR 50K to anybody and any amount above that to your immediate family. No strings attached.

It's not about the earnings being traceable. His earnings are just as traceable in France as it is in America. The reason for it not working in the states is because the legal system wants it's cut of that money. The attorney is talking bs. She's making it seem like the American legal system has an ability that the French don't. France ALLOWS what Hakimi did. America doesn't because divorce court is worth BILLIONS to the legal system ever year and the attorney knows this better than anyone.

Guys this lady is talking about support and not share the money. He gifted the money to his mother from when he was 17. Yes he will still pay her child support he even offered to give her $2 million after the divorce to get a home and for her to get back on her feet but she refused and wanted $18 million.
