I hate when people talk without knowing. He created a situation with him mom before he got married. He basically, made his mom administration of his estate prior to getting married. He essentially created a Trust and made himself the beneficiary. Married is a civil matter. Estates are Probate. The judge in the civil case has no jurisdiction to go after a Trust.
