Benidorm is located on the Costa Blanca, Spain. Famous for it's beaches, bars, restaurants, nightlife, entertainment, hotels, sightseeing, party atmosphere, excursions, tours and sun. It is not only one of the top holiday destinations in Spain but one of the best tourist hotspots in the whole of Europe. British and Irish tourists love to travel to Benidorm, being one of the best resorts for a package holiday, but it is also well loved by many European travellers, and of course the Spanish themselves. It is an all year round holiday resort, the good weather means there is something to offer visitors of all nationalities and ages, and you will always find things to do and places to go. I’ve been up there many times and each time the experience was truly refreshing, it’s so peaceful with the quietness being occasional broken by a squawking bird.
If you have the legs n lungs give it a go, by the time you get down you’ll be ready for a nice cold beer or two.

Nice ride if the seat is up higher you’d get a more comfortable ride,
Seeing the people on mobility scooters made me wonder if they have the range to make the whole journey without needing a charge, great video and views.

We went a walk up there last yr what a view somebody should open somthing up there maybe put on transport up and down the views are amazing

Hi Lucy really beautiful views and the entire video very well put together like a travel program. i would love to do what your after doing but the last two times i hired mobility scoters in Benidorm the Batteries went completely flat even after given assurances the morning of Hire all i could do is leave them where they went dead and on each occasion walk the 2 or 3 miles back to the shop it was all on the flat though different to where you were so the Battery on the Bike would cause me concern as well that's the only thing stopping me. David
These e-bikes are very well looked after, and i woukd imagine they are abused much less than mobility scooters. Tao is a very reputable company i wouldn't worry about the bike batteries x
@@LucyYoungTBE Hi Lucy i take your point about the reputable company but the batteries in these machines work like your phone they will charge up but they won't hold it like when they were newer and they are the most expensive part to replace so the incentive is to get to much use out of them.Because the last two times with the scooter with me they were full leaving the shop and the dial is in the middle of the Handlebars as soon as the dial got to halfway it went to the red nearly immediately and that was it no move .in earlier years the one charge did me the entire hire of 3 days and this worked for five different Hirings but the last two hirings no but i do take on board about the quality of the company you used and the mobility scooters are in and out again. @@davidwhite-dp8sn I've never had a problem with any of the batteries on e-bikes and I've been all over on them. They're really not comparable to mobility scooters hun.
Hi Lucy i take your point there not comparable to scooters their catering for a different market and since I first started hiring them 8 years ago I'm afraid i have noticed a drop in quality at the service in the shops and I've used 3 different companies now and as i said their in and then out again. You should have put the seat up a bit on your bike . It would have made the ride easier. We walked up to the cross on February 5th.
I don't think id have been able to touch the floor if it was up any higher. I was comfy enough anyway, really enjoyed it 😊

Hi Lucy. I’m a Benidorm regular, try to get out at least 7/8 times a year. What are rules on flying a drone in Beni?
You can't, can't fly within 100m of a building or above them so don't even try it's a big fine. Can fly it over the sea but not the beach, but you can fly it over the area that Lucy went in the video
You can't fly within 100m of a building, so basically only out at sea or over the mountains. It's why we don't use them 😔

I guess it would depend on the power and charge of the mobility scooter.

Nice Vlog E Bike hire per day is Euros ? and are they restricted to 15 mph ? My bike has a throttle so minimal pedalling required good for up the hills
