Parenting is undoubtedly one of the most impactful roles in shaping the future generation. Delving into strategies, insights, and personal experiences with friends adds a unique and relatable perspective to the discussion.
I was about to send this to my wife until I heard the first chick say you don't need to know what your 14 year old kid is doing 24/7 wtf. I'll watch the rest later. But that opener was insane
I spend a lot of time… a hell of a lot of time, worrying about the quality of my parenting. What affect it is having now. What affect it will have in twenty years. What affect it will have on my grand kids, and in turn their kids.
I believe those that care about how good they are as a mum or dad will be just fine.
Those that don’t think they need to know the where abouts of their 14 year olds, will not.
Are you crazy? 24/7? Do you remember being a freshman? That feels like an adult at that age.
@@drizzzic What it feels like and what it is are two different things.
@@RussellTurner cool
@@RussellTurnerI'm curious about your perspective? I think the concept is that by this age a child should have built the ability to act by morals that are deeply instilled in them and to make good choices because of self esteem to know right from wrong, so if that is done right...the child can begin to have independence... because they are only 3-4 years from having the responsibility of being an adult!!
What do you think?
How to raise successful kids? Be successful yourself! Rest is easy. Can’t teach success if you don’t know success…
Yeah!
It starts by having great fathers :)
Love this!! You need to be best friends with Dr. Ken Ginsburg he is a pediatrician specializing in Adolescent Medicine at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia and a Professor of Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine. He also serves as Director of Health Services at Covenant House Pennsylvania, an agency that serves Philadelphia’s youth
Enlightening conversation. The importance of emotional literacy, finding the middle ground, and promoting practical optimism resonates not just in personal life but also in broader societal contexts.
Just y'all know: Leila Steinberg was the one that encouraged and mentored Tupac Shakur to write more poetry and gave him the confidence in his work. And ended up being his first manager. She is a LEGEND.
Rebecca's sweater is so feisty, I love it!
Here is the secret: Having a loving and involved Mother and Father living in the same household.

People become successful when they learn what principles mean (understand and adhere to principles, such as discipline, integrity, perseverance, and more), and how they can stick to them. Principles serve as guiding values or beliefs that help individuals make decisions, navigate challenges, and achieve their goals more effectively. Therefore, learning and adhering to principles can indeed lead to success.
Literally just had a fb friend post that a door knocker from a local campaign had called the police on a special needs family for making noise in their own home and not being receptive to their blather 37:49

Parenting is leadership and leadership is rarely innate and must be trained ad infinitum. What parents are learning leadership? Forget parents, what people at work are learning leadership? It's a gaping knowledge chasm in our society. Pair all of that with the loneliness and isolation epidemics, parents aren't even getting knowledge through osmosis/being around people. This is a total disaster for our kids and country.
No our parents should be friendly but
That whole.. hard times create hard men. . They are creating a soft generation 23:36
First like and first comment 😂
I wouldn't trust a word this guy says, he said nfts were as big as discovering fire 💀(NFTs are very dead)
I literally hear my frustrated thoughts come out of Gary’s mouth. Thank God for UA-cam. I have had to find multiple father figures online just to get my fucking brain fixed. Don’t get me wrong my Dad is awesome. But my parents borderline BEGGED me to turn on my location for them when I went to NY last year at 24 years old (of course I didn’t fucking turn it on). They also ask me if I eat food? Like genuinely. I never know how to answer these retarded REAL questions, so I just end up saying something equally as insulting. Holy shit thank God for UA-cam parents like Gary, Owen Cook, Andrew Tate, Joe Rogan, Jordan Peterson, etc. And I would send them this video but I know they wouldn’t be able to hold attention cause it’s too real and their minds wouldn’t be able to self audit.
