I feel the two ad professionals on the right (viewing the video) are out of touch. They do not appear to be in the same league as Gary, not even close.
I don't really like these longer form vids when you can't really hear the other speakers as clearly or loudly as you can hear Gary. I understand the branding aspect of that, but I also feel there is less value in this way. I prefer the podcast format when Gary is in his office. Listening to Rob Reilly speak, I would not stay in the room or conversation with him. He said things like "agree to disagree", but his tone and actions told he me didn't respect the other speakers.
