145 Amp Alternator Upgrade -- LS1 Pontiac Trans Am

This video shows the process of upgrading from the factory 105 amp alternator to a 145 amp alternator out of a 2003 Cadillac Escalade in a 2000 Pontiac Firebird Trans Am. This process will also work for the LS1 Chevrolet Camaros as well.

That’s a removable alternator bracket that doesn’t work with the new truck alternator
