For those of you whose comments lack of of proper history knowledge, the very first culture & art of Thai is rooted back to Devaravati era and Sukhothai era which established before Khmer empire. And the Khmer was colonized by Siamese 300-400 years ago, Cambodian don’t want to know about this. I didn’t say that no Khmer culture here. We appreciate their arts, I hope they will revine their culture themselves and proud of their own instead of blaming and claiming others.

I'm pretty sure Thai Culture is basically just a modified version of Angkor Khmer Culture though. I remember reading that Thais were actually ethnic Chinese minoritiy groups from Southern China in a place call Nanchao or Nanzhao that fled and migrated to South East Asia after an invasion by Mongols in Southern China. So basically Thais real original culture was Chinese before they adapted and modified Ancient Khmer Culture nothing wrong with that though.

@@66865592721 The reason is because Thais were originally hill tribes and mountain people from Southern China with an already established Han Chinese Culture and were dressed as Hmong people originally. Thais just stole Khmer Culture and modified it because at the end of the day the tone of the Thai Culture today is the same as Angkorian Khmer Culture. Basically saying you copied my homework but made some changes so it won't be an exact copy smh Thais real culture will always be Han Chinese so basically you Thais are living a lie with a culture that wasn't originally yours to begin with. But that was the past but regardless Thais legacy will always be known as Thieves of Southeast Asia.
