Love to see ancient city in Bangkok is a wonderful and absolutely beautiful place.💖🌿♥️ And so like to the ancient building is an amazing by classic architecture and modern architecture. Beautiful video and really nice.🌿🌹
Went the week before this video and can say the scale is incredible, the golf cart was worth it especially when it's hot, another great video can't wait to come back to Thailand again 😀
Wow! They have added so much since I was there last.My wife took me there back in 2000.My wife comes from Sai Mai district in Bangkok by the way.Great video.
Great Jeroen, you show your Bangkokian audience how to escape the suffocating city by means they can handle: the BTS and easiness to get a cab. I have not visited this place yet. Some of the wood looks to be re-used teak wood. It looks like Bang Pa-In , halfway Bangkok-Ayuthaya. ( those are original buildings) Funny at the counter, real 100% Thai-ness: the staff member was most elaborate about where to get food-drinks-buffet 😂😂😂
Wow this place looks cool! I was looking for something new to do and I didn’t think to look out further like this. Thank you for posting something different than the usual touristy spots. My husband who is Thai has not seen this place yet. We may need two carts if my in laws come with us. Glad to see it’s easy enough to get to also.
I love this place, when you come when it opens there is no one there and the park is fantastic. In a few days I'll go back. I have always used bicycles to get around the park but I am considering using the golf cart this time. You say that you have to present your license driver to rent a golf car, does this mean for a foreigner that you need an international driver license?
Thank you for the suggestions for the day trips and activities around Bangkok. It was very informative. Your step-by-step guide in getting to the museum and getting a cart was very helpful. I wanted to go for some time, but I have a difficult time riding a bicycle and walking that distance around the museum was not an option. Once a month I go to Bangkok for a change of scenery and your videos give me affordable sightseeing ideas. I watch your videos of you rode your bike around the canals and on the Bangkok streets. Thank you
Oh jeroen! thank u good suggestion because it was a bit expensive otherwise.. I will do that January when I come! Ciao mirella.. I Iike u order jeroen where to go with the cart🚍! 😁😁👌
How and where did you fly your drone from? i just arrived in Bangkok armed with my drone and permit and registration, and I am heading to this museum in the coming days.
Went last month at last minute and no golf cart so took a tram which stopped at best sites allowing photo and sightseeing plus meeting with the elephants. The Temple of Truth north of Pattaya is more difficult to reach but well worth the effort. (Is driving licence really needed? Never needed one on golf course lol)
Was there in 2018 before covid. Quite nice. Back then I think there was no bts connectivity out that far yet. Have you used traveloka at all for tickets?
it's nice how detailed you were, starting from the train station. It's nice to have the golf cart, but my mother and I cannot both drive. Is it possible to hire the cart with a driver? Are there any other option?
There are taxies waiting at the entrance of the park, but they seem to ask a fixed price. Once you cross the big road, it is easy to get a taxi in the direction of the BTS station. The restaurants are inside the park yes.
Great find and thanks for the video! I'll add this to my list for my next visit. BTW.....you said one needs to show a driving licence to use a golf cart at the museum. Do they accept foreign licences? I'd assume they do, just like the car rental companies. I've never rented a motor vehicle in Thailand but would assume it's similar to other countries where they've always accepted my Canadian (BC) licence.
I was just there about a week before you. But I have a bit of a bone to pick. Don't rent a golf cart. The only way to truly enjoy it is by renting a bicycle. When I was there, the people in golf carts were creating a road hazard for the bicycles, and it was a bit annoying seeing them careening all over the road in their golf carts with little regard for the bikes. Sadly, I think the park is switching over to primary golf cart rentals, because there is a big chunk of real estate now taken up by the golf carts where there was formerly a very large bicycle rental area, and now the bicycle rental area is quite small the the selection of bikes more limited. When I was there three years ago, it was almost all bicycles. Avoid the golf carts. Keep the bike rentals alive and get a great day of exercise in.

Such a cool video. Thank you. What a contrast to the Grand Palace with all the maddening crowds. 🙏🏽

Great video. What a fascinating place. Thank you
Great
Nice place. Miss Daisy is very kind, she also decided to drive the cart around and let Jeroen relax for a bit.

Hi Jeroen. We make the same Trip last month. Peter and me with BTS. Erawan Museum, Observation Tower. But Mueng Boran needs a full day
Yes, I agree. It needs a full day to see it good.

My hometown 😉🤙❤️
They have a golf cart with a wheelchair ramp. I used before.
Nice, great info John!!

Muang chalong in Pattaya. Also great

Do you know the price for the rental of the electric scooter?
Great video! Was it easy to take taxi back to BTS after? How are the food options inside the establishment? Thank you for your time.
There are taxies waiting at the entrance of the park, but they seem to ask a fixed price. Once you cross the big road, it is easy to get a taxi in the direction of the BTS station. The restaurants are inside the park yes.
How long of a duration is expected here
Driving license can be from our own country to rent the golf car? (for tourist)
Yes, no problem.
Khe Ha Bangpoo English name is Bangpoo community i guess,
And i like The ancient city Samut Prakarn very very much.😊

Yes, you can use a foreign drivers license.
@@globaltravelmate Thanks! :)
What would be the best time ⏲️ of the day to visit there? Any opening hours?
Hi
Do they allow tour car inside ?
I don't think so.
Would they let you rent the golf cart even if you don't have drivers license? Only passport?
I think yes, but I am not 100% sure :-)
@@globaltravelmate thank you so much..
Hi sir....sawadee kà. I have a question. Is a car for traveling around mueang boran is free or not?
No, you have to pay for the car. Not sure how much it was, it is in the video.
Ok, Thank you very much sir 🙏🙏
How many hours does it take to see everything/the most important ones?
I think about 2 hours.
@0:20 the Xmas tree where it’s written Xmas 2023 🤣
Hello! Is it needed to have an international driver’s license? to rent the golf cart
Any driver license will do.
@@globaltravelmate Thank you! I was worried as I don’t have the international one, just the one issued from my country.
I was just there about a week before you. But I have a bit of a bone to pick. Don't rent a golf cart. The only way to truly enjoy it is by renting a bicycle. I also liked the bicycles to use. But for filming it was easier to use the golf cart.
It looks like a big tourist trap.
Nah, it is a cool day out. Besides the entrance fees there are no extra costs and most people that come here are actually Thai.
