Would love you guys to focus on reverb for a bit. It's weird that you have 9000 compressors but just a few reverbs which are mostly quite old. TAILS is okay but I think PA is still lacking a must-have reverb plugin

@@fcmasyou can get way better results by using different plugins. Bx plugins doesn't really bring anything new to the table, anything you couldn't achieve with better results. Demo was a waste of time for me
@@fcmas Im sure hes referring to something else other than just mix tools...theres a million eqs, compressors and saturators...and yet they keep making more.
No other VCA compressor have this functions. It's no only a new compressor, probably the best VCA/Glue compressor on the market

Yay another SSL Bus Compressor!! Just what we need! I use hardware for my buss compression but that's beside the point. Come on guys, give us something we really need! I keep my subscription but if I'm being honest, I don't have many if any PA plugins I use in my work. I keep it to support the company but if I don't start seeing some innovation here or at least some stuff that's better than other offerings out there this will be my last year. The ball is in your court PA and I don't think I'm the only one who feels this way. I used to LOVE PA and use their plugins in every mix but over the last 4 or 5 years the competition has not only moved ahead but far surpasses anything PA is coming out with. Silver Bullet was great but that was the last decent plugin released and the only one in the last few years that was even worth checking out. I don't even download the new releases anymore and that's sad! I should be excited when I get a new plugin in my subscription. I'm really hoping to see this change! Please prove me wrong PA, I really want you to! I really hope you are seeing your clients in the comments here begging you to make a change. We all want to stay. We all want to love PA but the last few years has really gone downhill, FAST! Don't belive me, just read below 👇🏻

The latest BX plugins all have a uniform look almost like stock plugins. Maybe these are the new ones for the next Maschine update?
I would like to see more delays or reverb (especially). I think compressors, saturation and eq's are enough.
The only thing holding the MEGA subscription back from other subscription or rent-to-own models are the lacking reverbs and delays. I would love to see reverb from modeled units.
I don't see any presets for begginers like myself. I like to use presets as a starting point.

Yeah Im really dissapointed, this music sounds bette without it...SMH
as someone who has actually tried out the plugin, I can confirm it's actually pretty decent. Much better than the video makes it sound. Perfectly fine to use on the master in place of other vca comps. And having the mono maker, width, and essentially a tilt eq thrown in kind of makes it a quick and dirty channel strip. The saturation is a bit aggressive for the master, but for the genres you listed that could be a good thing. Overall it doesn't really bring anything new to the table that isn't already covered by other plugins you probably already have, but it does wrap up a bunch of handy features in one plugin.
What is the difference between input and headroom? It seems they do the same things
Come on guys, I love PA products but do we really need another compressor with 1-2 different features? A lot of plugin companies already make similar products. Of course I'm not talking about all your products, SSL 4000G is great, Shadow Hill Mastering Compressor is awesome. But I think we need some more innovative and unique products.
PA pls give us a nice delay like the H-Delay & MannyM Delay.

Does it come with presets?

While this compressors sounds awesome it has a huge issue. It introduces a 6dB/octave Allpass filter from 445Hz which makes this unusable on any auxes or crush busses. I have absolutely no idea why on earth you guys would do that. Very strange decision. This allpass is happening at the absolute output of the plugin, thus even if your mix knob is set to 0% you get the allpass flipping the polarity of all the lows below 445Hz.
EDIT: Correction, it uses minimum-phase crossover of 6dB/octrave. Thus the allpass filter post wet/dry mixknob is there to keep the phase response intact. Unfortunately this has exactly the problem of what I wrote above. Can't use this on parallel crush busses nor aux sends. Would be nice if we had the option to choose linear phase filtering for the compressor section, then this would allow us to use it on a bus. To be fair though, the transformer emulation causes some phase warping as well but that is to be expected and correct behavior for the most part.
The audio example are not fair, every time you apply the compressor it become louder

I really don't like the Neumorphism design these UI's have. Brainworx, however, completely nails the look. So kudos to the ui designers on these latest Brainworx plugins. Very well done and they stand out.

Agreed! The last few years have been TERRIBLE! I keep my subscription to support the company and in hopes things will change but it appears they won't. Next will be another boring EQ emulation, boring compressor, or boring saturation plugin. It's sad, I used to love PA! Now, I don't even download the new stuff. It just wastes precious room on my HD. Sounds like most of us agree and want to see them get better but sadly, I don't think they care.

Thats so far away from an SSL or other analog glue. I guess I have to cancel soon my subscription. I switch more and more to Acustica Audio. Yesterday I bought Sand SSL Biss comp and EQ from them, although I use the BUSS+ Hardware on my desk. Sorry Plugin alliance, but ...
soumds like vca garbage, really think and brittal sounding, I use the Nebula API 2500 25th Anv. Comp on masterbus this cant even touch it at all.....LOL
The new Acustica Audio Sand4 Ultra Comp destroys this as well
bx plugins are good but NOT unique.. theres tons of limiters, compressors saturators etc etc.. you guys should start working on a cleanup plugins for vocals.. Clarity_VX is great but it needs work, vocals lose way too much presence when you apply the clarity effect

Are you guys trying to troll us with the sample audio? No seriously...how were the audio samples approved as practical sources. I can't believe this video was created by you guys. Normally I love what you guys do but this demo audio was a slap in the face to...well, to me. I'm not speaking for everyone else, but anyone who does agree can upvote this comment. C'mon guys.
You guys really need to take a page from UAD and record your own content to use with amazing quality rather than using these tracks that sound like Apple Loops.
