not reimport, just transfer the content of your material folder to the new one. same with extensions, components… (yeah, could be nice to have an "auto import from previous version" feature)
Good tips there, didn't know about the downloading of materials from 3D Warehouse. On my PC the materials are found in "C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2022\SketchUp\Materials"

This is great, never knew you could do this. Even better that it downloads a sketchup file.
So, if you bring them in as skm, and have them in your default library, do they carry over through the next upgrade or do you have to reimport them?
