not reimport, just transfer the content of your material folder to the new one. same with extensions, components… (yeah, could be nice to have an "auto import from previous version" feature)
Good tips there, didn't know about the downloading of materials from 3D Warehouse. On my PC the materials are found in "C:\ProgramData\SketchUp\SketchUp 2022\SketchUp\Materials"
