This entire album shows that these guys can adapt to what the people like to hear, not a lot of artists can do that and have it sound as good as these guys did it. Excellent album.
Did it ever occur to you that they actually recorded what they like to hear? No disrespect, but with the sincerity they sing with every song on here, is a work of art! I could listen to this album over and over again! Great album! Makes me an even bigger fan of Staind! I didn't even know about them until 2008! Been lost and stuck with what the lady wanted for the last 20 or so years! Finally found my way back to Rock! A lot of the newer bands put out some the greatest songs, better than 70s rock! Their songs are really relatable and stick with you! Lovin the life back!
@@ckunderck7318 Agreed. Doesn't hold a candle to any one of their previous albums and it's mind-blowing so many people are eating this up as if it does. This is the best song on it and that's not saying much. Aaron's heart is not in the heavy stuff anymore and he made that clear 15 years ago when they made the masterpiece that is The Illusion of Progress and proceeded to go country afterwards. That is the sound they should be going for these days, not this generic heavy stuff with Mike's phoned in, leftover, generic Saint Asonia riffs.
After all these years, STAIND hasn't disappointed and this album definitely solidifies that! The heavy under tones and Aaron voice still sounds so strong and amazing! This album is so good! This is one oft favorites!
Wow, the different tones and variations in both the quitars, and in the way Aaron is singing this song is insane! This is truly a new sounding Staind! They are really pulling out all the stops on this album, they are really going for it!
Mike has been doing this for years.... go back and listen to Tormented albums raw but nasty ..... that’s the album that made me a fan not Dysfunction..
A light born from darkness. I love this band not only because of their incredible sound, but because their messages are honest. They don't say pretty and decorated things to be successful, they talk about their own lives, speak their own soul. It's a part of them that they give to us, that's what's missing in today's mainstream things: honesty of the soul, not racing for success. Thank you for everything, Staind. Your music is always saving me
Perfect closer to this album. This is so dark yet relatable. Love that guttural “way more than I should”. This is a cathartic album. As heavy as the emotions are as a listener it brings some comfort knowing I’m not alone in how I feel. Thank you Staind. Life saving music for years.
This is the most unique Staind song ever! Unlike any of the hundreds of songs they've released before. Love the variations, both in the guitars and Aaron's vocals
I was worried when I heard about it but goddamn it’s a great album. So many different genres. It’s like a mix of all their different sounds over the years. I love it
Soo relatable especially to me. "I gave all I had still, turned out bad" for me means all the efforts I gave into especially college has gone to shit. Love this song!!
Leslie here,WoW! We all know that Aaron writes some dark lyrics but this…a new anthem for falling misfits!! And Micheal Mushaks driving guitar…always the perfect Accompaniment !! This is a new sound for Staind and I’m just loving it!! Rock the hell on 🤘 🎶🎸😎🔥⚜️☮️💋
Dudes, again, you’re KILLING it with this album. Got me through years of addiction with your music and making me feel stuff I didn’t know I had left. God Bless 🙏🏼🤙🏼🤙🏼
Still fucking killin it after all these years! The new shit sounds amazing! I've put off being an adult today so I can lay around and listen to the whole thing on repeat all day!
This is my favorite out of the new ones. I’m glad you guys are still putting out music. I hope you never stop. Thankful for all the music I’ve loved growing up from the earlier 2000s. It’s part of my life. 👍🏻
best song on the album, definitely hit like dysfunction for me. The whole album brought me back to my first time listening around I would say 2 years ago. Easily their best closer song right after Intro and Excess baggage.
12 years has been to long ! Glad to get some new staind music sounds great, getting my cd delivered today from amazon. Hope to see you guys on tour in kc mo sometime in the future.
For them to still be releasing heavy songs like this in their 50s is fucking amazing
Leslie here, these guys will be still rocking out in their’70s!! Watch and see how the old folks ROCK THE HOUSE!!!
🤭🤣😂🔥🎸🤘☮️💋
“Heavy” 🤣🤣
@chunkyblewtuna197 given how long its been since they've put out a new album I would say it's pretty heavy
😆😆😆@@corywatson9215
@@chunkyblewtuna197 heavy rock is very, VERY different from say heavy death metal
I have been listening to this over and over again and I am convinced that this is the best Staind album ever! My life to a tee! Thank You STAIND!
I agree...
Damn I was not expecting this album to be such a banger
Grew up on this band in many ways. That voice never disappoints

This is the most unique Staind song ever! Unlike any of the hundreds of songs they've released before. Love the variations, both in the guitars and Aaron's vocals
When Mike dropped this riff, I immediately thought of KORN 🤘🏻😎🤘🏻

I love how they traveled back 20 years to bring us the new album! This is so fucking sick!!! THIS IS SOME OLD SCHOOL STAIND!!!!!! 🤘
Stainds greatest album so diverse
Fantastic song! Power, anger, loneliness, but in the end the light and hope.
...the devil on both of my shoulders
Sound better than ever. Staind continues 2024
Soo relatable especially to me. "I gave all I had still, turned out bad" for me means all the efforts I gave into especially college has gone to shit. Love this song!!
