My kids and grandkids love my cauliflower casserole…
    1 head of cauliflower
    Chopped into flowerets
Cooked until fork tender… drain and let them cool down….
    In another bowl mix……
    1 cup Mayonnaise
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup ranch dressing
    1/2 cup grated cheese
1 cup shredded cheese any kind you like
    1/2 cup milk
    1 tablespoons of garlic powder
    Mix well
In a greased casserole place cauliflower in then spread the mixture on top and sprinkle smoked paprika on all and a little pepper .. no salt because the cheese is salty… then I bake it for 45 minutes… I also sprinkle 4 slices of cooked crumbled bacon on top ..when it’s finished baking …. They all said they did not like cauliflower until they tried this dish and now they always ask me to make it…
I actually just took it out of the oven … I hope you try it. ..

Mine too! My son bought me the PowerXL 1700watt 10qt Vortex Air Fryer Pro Plus for my birthday a few years ago. It’s pretty similar to most air fryer’s except instead of a basket drawer, mine has an oven like door, three stainless steel mesh racks and a rotisserie. It is pretty big and heavy so it stays on my counter.

My two air fryers sit on my kitchen work top all the time and I use at least one of them every day. There is virtually nothing that you can not cook in them. It’s all about finding the right temperature and length of time for your preference. If I want something well done, I find a lower temp and longer time better. I have even made my porridge in the air fryer when I had no microwave. It took about 10 minutes but it worked fine. I do boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, frittatas, toast, vegetables, Yorkshire puddings. I even bake in them, cakes, bread, scones, biscuits etc. They are much cheaper to run than an oven and very user friendly.
It’s actually the most used appliance in my kitchen. Anything that you can roast, fry or bake will go in there. Just make sure you buy a one big enough to cope with your family’s needs. That’s how I ended up with two. x

    • @lyndseybeaumont7301
      @lyndseybeaumont7301 3 місяці тому

@@michelleconcannon7584pre heat your air fryer to 160 or 170 degrees. You need to find out what is best for your air fryer. Trial and error I’m afraid. Put the whole egg in the basket with space between them. I do 4 at a time. Cook for anything from 8 minutes for soft boiled and just add the minutes until you get what you like. It took me a while to find the best times for my air fryer but there is absolutely no washing up after.

I love my air fryer. We make garlic roasted new potatoes from raw potatoes and fresh "fried" shrimp in it all the time. I just peel my shrimp and marinate it in some olive oil and seasonings in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, and then I fry them up in the air fryer at 400 degrees for 5-8 minutes. I usually serve them with air fried fresh asparagus and the aforementioned new potatoes. So delightful. My husband and I love your channel.

Besides just a side, we also make a potato a meal. We add all kinds of things. Chili and cheese, broccoli and cheese, leftover roast, and broccoli, taco meat, you name it. Pulled pork is really good on one. We always try to add a veggie regardless of what we top them with. We didn't want anything else on our counter, so we bought the instapot brand air fryer that is also a toaster and oven. We got rid of the toaster and it replaced it.

I bake potatoes in the AF. It was suggested to me to cook the potato for 7 minutes in the microwave and finish in the AF. It really cuts down on the cook time and they are crispy. Wash, dry, oil, salt (of your choice), place in microwave. Remove from microwave and add to AF. Usually takes 15-20 minutes to finish cooking and gives you a crispy skin. I use Kosher salt.

My daughter taught me about baked potatoes in the air fryer. I put a little oil in a plate with a little salt. Roll the potatoes in the mixture and pop in the air fryer. I do like the potato skins if they're baked this way. I'm going to try the pizza bombs, but with different fillings. One of my favorite things to air fry is boneless pork chops. So easy! Sprinkle them with garlic powder, onion powder, and paprika. Bake about 12 minutes on 400°. Flip halfway through. They are delicious!!

The only small appliance I use more than my Corsori Air Fryer is my Bunn Coffee Maker so it stays out on my counter. I use it for all sorts of recipes, but I really love it for reheating leftovers, especially breads. It doesn't dry out or make foods tough like reheating in the microwave does. I only purchased my air fryer after watching one of your recipes so thank you very much not only for all your great recipes, tips, & techniques but also for turning me on to air frying. Love watching your videos & the (usually humerous) interactions with your family - Gracie included. Love you so much.

I put a smorgasbord on my baked potato. Most of these items depending on the day:
(Starting with your typical basics butter & sour cream) then maybe herbed cream cheese, ground beef flavored in any way, lots of sautéed onions, steamed broccoli, Sriracha-mayo, ketchup, pesto, Trader Joe’s caramelized onion dip, French fried onions, and sometimes a cheese sauce.

I, too, have a Cosori air fryer. One of my favs is to slice the russet potatoes into EITHER semi-thick planks and do a Texas size fry or into wedges and cook in the air fryer. I toss in some oil, sprinkle salt/pepper and paprika and toss, first. Sometimes, I add some garlic powder and/or onion powder to the mix or go solo. Cook time (for either) is 380 deg F for 20 min. I preheat my AF and remove the insert in the basket, as mine is a dual-blaze (double burner). Hope y'all enjoy!

A little tip for y’all when you poke your potatoes poke them in the shape of capital I with the line across the top and bottom and when they come out if you simultaneously grip both sides with your pointer finger and your thumb and push in the potato will open like at a fancy restaurant and smosh and loosen the inside and make it easier to put your butter and toppings in.😊

Yes, we eat potato skins but we partially cook potatoes in the microwave then slather in olive oil and kosher salt, pop in the oven to finish baking. These are about (of course being in Christ first) then believing God's Word and seeing oneself healed by faith as opposed to what we see or what report we get. Some amazing testimonies on these videos.

The only thing I WANT is the crispy DRY skin of a clean, dry, poked potato baked right on the oven rack. I like the skin with only about a quarter inch or less of the potato still stuck to the inside of the skin. I've tried them with oil or butter and don't like them as much since that eliminates the crispy skin. Then it salt, butter, maybe sour cream and chives or green onions inside the skin sometimes folded over like a taco.

😂 You have me laughing because we live up north. Our nephew-in-law and niece are from the Carolina's. Our nephew-in-law asked us, "Y'all got a Bojangles up here?". We said, "No.". He was like, "What? Y'all ain't got a Bojangles?". He said, "I have been sheltered in the Carolina's all this time."

love new air fryer recipes always looking for some good ones , and these def cover it!!! but its funny u mentioned the biscuits popping , there was a woman in florida , had gone shopping and on way home she heard the pop and being hit in the back of the head, she pulled over , called 911 n said she had been shot , and stuff was coming out of her head , send help , when they got there they were surprised by how alert she was , and started checking her out , they kind of chuckled, but told the woman , her biscuits had exploded from the heat in her car n flew out of bag , n landed in her hair/head, after she got calmed down , she too had to laugh!! lol ........anyway ty for another great video Mandy!!!

That's why the late great Jerry Clowers called them whop biscuits. Because you had to whop them on the counter to open them.

My air fryer sits on my kitchen counter so I can use it everyday. And yes, I eat the potato skin, that's where all the vitamins and nutrients are in a potato. Plus if it's nice and crisp that's an extra bonus!! I love ranch dressing on my baked potato, the spices and sour cream are spot on in it. Love watching your videos!

Let Steven know that an Aur Fryer is just a small Convection oven it cooks with hot air. It doesn’t actually “fry” things is just cooks them so quick it’s like frying without the oil! 😊 I keep mine in the counter. Since I’m single I don’t use my oven at all to cook anymore it’s storage for my large pans that I don’t use anymore 😂😂😂

I'm not one who eats the skins either and as far as toppings, everything you're using is what it's all about. I do like to substitute hidden valley ranch dip for the sour cream tho. That on a potato is just decadent (in my opinion.) I also recently became the proud owner of my first air fryer so, thanks for all the yummy recipes. Can't wait to try them.

Air fryer lives on my island as we use it almost daily. Absolutely LOVE potato skins either by themselves or as I'm eating the actual potato. Love it with either butter, cheese & sour cream OR butter and either pico de gallo or salsa (yes, we're in TX). The BBQ restaurants serve a baked potato with pulled pork or brisket (or both) and toppings of your choice. They're popular. Love cauliflower big time any way you prepare it. Will for sure mix up some of that sauce to try too. Gracie brings me joy 😻

If you pierce and oil your potatoes, put them in the microwave for 10 mins or so before air frying, it cuts the time down and they still taste the same, also, use a paper towel and give a gentle squeeze, its a more accurate way of testing if its ready. I eat the skin, always add butter and my favourite topping is cheese and coleslaw, chilli is a close second lol I do quite fancy the cauliflower in the airfryer, I've done chickpeas like that as a snack and they're sooo tasty. Thank you for sharing Mandy xxx

I keep my air fryer on the kitchen counter. I put my baked potatoes in the microwave for just a few minutes then oil them, add course salt and put in the air fryer for about 20 minutes or so. Perfection! I eat the whole potato. My Momma used to say all the vitamins are in the potato skin. Love your videos. ❤️

Mandy, as a different side dish try to cut up fresh broccoli in a bowl. Over the florets I pour a little olive oil, salt, and pepper then I pour about 1/3 to 1/2 cup of Catalina dressing on top. Then toss them around, and pop them in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 325 degrees to 350. OMG!! what a great low-carb side or snack this makes. Hope you try it someday. Love you and Steven on air. You guys are so cute.

We call the tube biscuits, BANG biscuits because you have to bang them on the counter. In place of sour cream on our baked potatoes we like to use blue cheese, so good! You always have me thinking about needing to buy an air fryer with these videos 😊

Instead of brushing your garlic butter over you could just dip each of the bombs into it. That would ensure that they're nice and crispy and flavored all around.

If you pre-cook your tater in the microwave on high for 3-4 minutes, then cook in air fryer for 10-12 mins, you get the same great texture in less time. Works for sweet potatoes too.

I cook my potatoes in microwave for 5 minutes on high then transfer to oven and cook for 25 minutes until done. Yum Cauliflower looks delicious. Have a great week.

I love my air fryer! I keep mine in the pantry too. I make what we call potato logs (live in the south). Cut the potato into about thirds length wise into about thirds depending on the size. Dry off and rub with olive oil. Season with salt and cook on 350 for about 10 minutes. They are so good! I’ve even made my own French fries in air fryer.

I've been doing the air fryer baked potatoes for about 7-8 months now. I use oil and the course ground salt, rub it all over very liberally. I don't eat the skin, but my husband does. I don't poke the potato either before going in the air fryer. The skin does get a crispy texture that hubs loves. I'll never go back to making baked potatoes in the oven again.

I like the skins only if they are baked in the oven or air fryer. Then I eat almost all the potato with cheese/butter/sour cream, then I add cheese to the skins and a little butter/bacon bits and rebake them to melt the cheese and then I dip them in sour cream. It’s like TGI Fridays potato skins! Yummy!! I like putting bacon grease or shortening (Cristo) on the outside of the potato and roll it in large salt bits (sea salt).
