Remember that little verse in Revelations 22, about not removing anything from the bible. You might want to get this more accurate bible so that you know when it is talking about Jehovah or Jesus.

I was saved that night. I can't explain it. Just warmth and a feeling like I'm so sorry I believed their ways. 1 million JW in US doing an average of 10 hours is 10 million hours. He says every day, 150 people contacted them (asking a question or maybe even asking for a bible study). That’s about 4500 a month. I think that works out to 1 person contacting them for 222 man hours of letter writing. I’m not sure if that’s good or bad. Feels not good.

I see many comments about Tony Morris and the alcohol, and even though this is not a good moment to be caught red-handed, that is really not the point. This organization could be a nice Christian religion that reads the bible in a certain way. But 2 things make it stand out and not in a good way. 1) Letting people die over the blood transfusion policy has no biblical base, and the worst thing is that children have died over this - because of their parents' faith. 2) Shunning, which results in families being destroyed and people living in fear and guilt over how they want to live their lives or what they want to believe. The JW are mostly kind, good people who love their families, but they are so brainwashed that the majority can't see that something is wrong. Instead of trashing the governing body over the scandals, focus on these 2 inhumane practices that cost lives every day and make people depressed, alienated, and afraid. The way these policies are applied is related to serious human rights violations. This is what is dangerous and needs to change. But JW are trained (as I was once) not to listen to the news, the scandals, and the negative press, even from accurate, trustworthy sources. So trashing their organization over scandals will only strengthen their commitment to the cult. Educate yourselves and provide logical, even biblical proof that these policies are not what their God intended. If a JW is reading this, keep an open mind and check the Lloyd Evans channel. He is a former elder, and his research is gold. Fact checked from the organization's literature, the bible, and true testimonies. If the proof out there is not enough for you, then your faith will only become stronger. As far as I can tell, JW are about the only ones that discourage helping the poor, discourage giving to charity. They say it’s best to just give money to them and they will do with it what they think is best. Every other Christian religion almost has soup kitchens and helps the billion people in extreme poverty who need physical aid, medical aid, food and water.
Not to be rude but many may be relived that they stopped knocking because everyone has their own faith and religious beliefs and don't appreciate someone knocking on their door at dinner time (happen to me) to convince you that their religion is the one and only true religion. The JW is the only religious group of people that does that.

I see many comments about Tony Morris and the alcohol, and even though this is not a good moment to be caught red-handed, that is really not the point. This organization could be a nice Christian religion that reads the bible in a certain way. But 2 things make it stand out and not in a good way.
1) Letting people die over the blood transfusion policy has no biblical base, and the worst thing is that children have died over this - because of their parents' faith.
2) Shunning, which results in families being destroyed and people living in fear and guilt over how they want to live their lives or what they want to believe.
The JW are mostly kind, good people who love their families, but they are so brainwashed that the majority can't see that something is wrong.
Instead of trashing the governing body over the scandals, focus on these 2 inhumane practices that cost lives every day and make people depressed, alienated, and afraid. The way these policies are applied is related to serious human rights violations. This is what is dangerous and needs to change.
But JW are trained (as I was once) not to listen to the news, the scandals, and the negative press, even from accurate, trustworthy sources. So trashing their organization over scandals will only strengthen their commitment to the cult. Educate yourselves and provide logical, even biblical proof that these policies are not what their God intended.
If a JW is reading this, keep an open mind and check the Lloyd Evans channel. He is a former elder, and his research is gold. Fact checked from the organization's literature, the bible, and true testimonies. If the proof out there is not enough for you, then your faith will only become stronger. If there is truth to it, though, then you can see for yourself if this is really a healthy faith to dedicate your life and family to.

During one of the drama movies in the assembly(Summer of 2020 Friday session) she pointed out to her student(Jade, Like Jaded) that there is no hunger, death, or pain in heaven...but we know Jesus actually hungered, felt pain and could be killed on Earth and he was perfect flesh and blood, so in order for the people on the Earth to be able to not hunger or die we would have to obtain spiritual bodies because only in heaven do they not hunger die or feel pain... Jesus was are roadmap, he was born, he was baptized, he died, but then he came back as spiritual creature and made himself known or let himself be seen to those he wanted... because also remember Jesus says in the resurrection we are as Angels (Angels are spiritual creatures)

He is the God, not of the dead, but of the living( You know Jesus can't lie and faithful servants of Jehovah and followers of Jesus Christ are supposed to be resurrected if we die, just as Jesus came back as the Angels are(in the spiritual form) after he was put to death, all baptized Christians will come back as the Angels are and if they are not baptized they'll be resurrected during the 1000 years so they can be baptized so they can then get that spiritual body to be as the angels... because the Bible also says in Revelation that not everybody's gets resurrected during a thousand years, there are some that come to life after the thousand years where ended
