After getting certificate , this certificate can get government job facility to autistic person.
My son is 5 year and 4 month old. When i was in Kerala i got certificate from Kerala health department under RPWD Act 2016 when he was 3 and half year old. as that certificate mentioned reassessment at 5 years of age i want new certificate of disability. My knowledge in this is that one can get certificate after assessment anywhere in India as per RPWD act (correct me if I am wrong). but when i went to Vashi NMMC Hospital they told me to go and check with panvel Govt. Hospital as its their jurisdiction. I want to know from where i can get disability certificate for my child as my permanent address on aadhar is Aurangabad Maharashtra, Current address is at Ulwe TQ. Uran dist. Raigadh. I am a central government officer.

Mam my son is 24 year old,I got his Autism certificate from Indore medical board, with 70% disability,but they given Temporary certificate for 5 year but in Job permanent disability certificate is required,please mention in what age permanent disability certificate is given ?

permanent card can be issued only after age of 18years
Hi mam my son is also autistic and he is 7years and 6 months old..
Right now he is studying in a regular school with the normal kids and he is improving day by day not with the educational even he is behave like his atmosphare normally he is very good in reading a book and doing his homework too ...but now his principal says that we cant promote him to class First .becoz he is autistic and there is lots of special school for him.But she is also saying that my son is good. In education like he understood every teacher and corporate with them to learn but we cant do anything for him becoz we have lots of pressure of there inspector i dont know who is he? Even my wife doing lots of efforts to teach him lots of thing about his learning and socialization things and this school was really helpful for my son to improving him as a normal person so i dont know y they pressurise me.for not promoting my child to class one.plz help me out for this problem ......and i m from delhi and. My son's treatments is going through with aiims by dr. shefali gupta

How to apply autism disability certificate for a 3 year old ?
Is IQ test necessary to get the certificate?
Where are you based Nisha? Usually, you may visit the BMC or the government hospital in your city.
I don't feel that certificate can be made for that young age. A doctors paper mentioning diagnosis should work.
Also, depends on the reason for making the certificate- do you want for academic concessions or income tax?
Secondly, a three year old child has huge potential to improve.

I am from Kerala. I visited the general hospital, they told to do the IQ test in order to get the certificate. Actually I am a bank employee and posted out of the state. I need the certificate to apply for transfer to my hometown so that I could do the therapies in the mother tongue.
Ideally, the local hospital can guide you better as each state may have a different procedure. Your doctors letter mentioning what you want should be sufficient to apply for transfer.
I don't think you will need a Autism certificate.
