My rv tank in my RV is almost impossible to fill because of my spare tire carrier is in the way. Which is attached to my rear receiver. Most fill stations can’t fill me because it’s to tight between the tank fill service valve and the tire carrier. If that makes sense.
Wondering best solution without taking off the tire carrier every time I need propane.
If the power was shut down, could I still maintain everything in my R?V off of the gas propane? I'm new to this living in an RV.So i'm a little concerned.

Thanks for starting by pointing out that many different manufacturers now make these propane 'tee' devices. 👍 I was unaware. For many years, only 1 or 2 companies had them and prices of many of these new units (including the 2 you have links to) is really good.
How or where can I get my propane tank recertification? I live in Northern Colorado area.
At your local LP gas distributor. Almost all the larger distributors do it.
