Nice place, but the ceiling tiles will get very wet in the monsoon and make the house damp and mouldy. Leaking happens quite often as well. After having experienced this in Goa we moved to a flat with a concrete ceiling and double roof, which is so much better.

Just wasted the opportunity. One could have got a professional hd cam n shoot with proper editing.... Looks like two school going kids r just randomly talking about the home n moving the cell phone camera around... 😢
