Battling trying to get out of this deep dark hole called my mind... its stuff like this that shows me there is light at the end of the tunnel. Even tho I'm going thru this alone, and no one who I thought would be there for me hasnt been. I will come out stronger. I'm going to go for a nature hike next weekend. I need that. Hopefully I can get someone I know to go with me.

I had an accident at work a few weeks ago. And I went into depression for 2 weeks. And even when I came back to work I still feel like people still discourage me. I've been on the low for a few weeks now and I think it's time to not care anymore and maybe find a new career. I hope you're doing ok too
I feel your struggles and pain, I myself have been in the very same situation and position that you are in. When you thought there were folks there with and for you, no-one was seen standing around; so you've had to battle it all by yourself. There's your breakthrough and desire at the end, keel fighting because I know it hard. I know what depression is, I've had my abode there for a very long time. I also know what it feels like to know you're coming out gradually.
Man I've got mad love and support for folks in the same situation like I've been, because I know how vulnerable a people we become in depression - it's so easy to slip back into it and not even know.
The mere fact that you can actually speak on your condition means you're going to surely come out. I remember not being able to speak clearly as it did hurt so much, but here we are standing. You just keep fighting and you'll in due time be telling a story of how to persist.
@@BirekothAlephMotivation Thank you. I needed this and you are absolutely right. I was so depress i couldn't speak clearly for weeks and was just afraid people would say something. But in the end people are going to say things even behind your back no matter what. I just had to endure it and learn how to handle it in different situations. Even the little jokes still hurts a little but I'm getting better. Thank you I really did needed this.
@@johnmoua9609 you're really welcome, it's no problem at all. The pain is really intense and immeasurable, yet it always feels like no-one could really hear and understand you from your point; like no-one can come and meet you at the point of your need. I remember (maybe this much happened to you also), going to bed and just not willing and wanting to awake the next day, so with the first sight of dawn and your body naturally and grindingly comes to life you're just mad and frustrated. Feels like you're going to die with each breath you take, yet it doesn't happen and with the other breath you hope you don't happen to feel that way anymore. Yet it feels like daily you're being awakened to just "suffer" in your state while everyone smiles and looks on saying "get yourself together will you"! Not understanding or even wanting to, how hard this is on any being. How grotesque it feels and where your value then lies; nowhere, in the abyss!
I remember not even being able to pray or be thankful for life as I saw nothing there and then to be thankful for.
Today I make it my duty to stop and help anyone who's in depression by just offering my testimony and a few kind words - nothing too much to overwhelm or bombard: it's all relative to a man's stage in depression and his potential receptive capabilities.
Don't know you, but you are loved and there's meaning and purpose on the inside of you. Depression is real, but we're all going to get through it with a little compassion and understanding.
I came through and we all can.
You stay strong friend, keep fighting; even at times when depression comes on, still keep driving and fighting to survive.

My life is very stressful I have anxiety and depression everyday I lost my nana when I was ten years old due to stage four lung cancer in 2015 you have helped me through a lot in life love you thank you for helping me through my struggles and depression and anxiety stay safe and god bless I know god is by my side and is with me everyday I pray everyday and listen to gospel music everyday and praying and listening to gospel music also helps me through my struggles and depression and anxiety and you help me through my struggles and bullying in life and god also helps me through my bullying and struggles
