What this looks like is SONY preyed on 2 black men that did not know the music business well at that point in time. They struck a deal with them, knowing that eventually, these were going to bump heads, causing a device. Meanwhile, Sony stepped away, told Hump he could still sell the product. While, at the same time, the major is holding their money in escrow earning interest on that money claiming they don't know who to pay. It's not hard to make out 2 separate checks .So, it benefits Sony to keep these 2 at odds because they get to hold on to the money while this feud is going on for years. Imagine the amount of interest earned on that money. Both of them got played by the major. The corporate devil at its finest. I hate to see that.

It sounds like Hump and his wife was the 1st investor of sucker free which hump paid flip but flip wanted more. That's why he can't sue hump. Flip left and started his own and that ended humps income and he feel entitled because he financed flip career but that's why hump can't sue flip
