I have 2 questions, if you have time. 1) if they don't give a name, and you are unable to complete the form there and then (say you got called to emergency around the corner), how can they get a copy of the search? If they refused to stay for search, are you then arresting them for failing to comply with section 1 stop search? Thanks again
A CAD or incident number would have been created before search , The PC who responsible for the search will have to write up a document back at the station and to collect from station up to 3 months also you do not have to give any of your details , and should not be asked according to code A 4.3A 🙏
