    I am being stalked online by someone I met only online for a couple of months, after I made my decision to not go into a relationship, they turned on Stalker mode, everything you mentioned include physical and death threats. But this person is from China, and has even taken flight to come yo my home town to search for me. This is so distressing

    Here in America in California where police officers have 16shots of357 slugs and not a clue of what the Law really has to do with policing whatsoever, we have a fraud on the Courts meaning fraud has negatively affected the administration of Law, all the officers of the Court are more terrified than any to address ita existance dispits the terrible consequences of letting it mature in omission. Could you imagine any bad consequences to letting a fraud lie at rest upon the courts without addressing the principle issue? I bet you could. I bet solicitors are a bit more so fair. Or maybe a wee bit. Lme know

    You use typically sexist language, assuming only men harass and the target is always women who reject them. You know this law is used to imprison journalists who criticise public figures. Or you should know. The problem is establishment figures claiming "distress" to silence critics. You clearly don't think sexual harassment applies to sexual comments jokes or gestures women make at men as you only give examples of disparaging terms against women.

    You can say anything enjoyable is addictive, I think there is a chemical dependency issue. There is a toxicity and you can say that is a reason for them to be illegal. But intoxicants have been part of civilization for as long as it has existed. What should and should not be allowed is a complex debate that is far more enjoyable while smoking a bifda. The expense of drugs can cause problems, not sure making them more difficult to get solves that problem.

    Speed is not a name for phet in the US it is a name for a different drug and I think the only reason phet is known as speed in the UK is that people in the UK don't know what that is and assumed it was phet.

    @Hayley Victoria Crime - I am from the USA. Curious as to what type of crimes fall under the category of Anti-social behavior? Thank You.

    • @HankD13
      @HankD13 2 місяці тому

      "Antisocial behaviour is a term used to describe actions that violate the rights of or otherwise harm others by committing crime or nuisance. This can include stealing, physical attack, lying, and manipulation. It is considered to be disruptive to others in society. For it to be classed as antisocial behaviour by authorities such as the police or local council, the behaviour has to be persistent, ongoing, and unreasonable".

      Thank you for the explanation. In the US laws vary form state to state. But where I live criminal law falls under the categories of Offenses Against the Person, Offenses Involving Families, Dependents, Etc.; Offenses Against Property, Offenses Against the Administration of Government, Offenses Against Public Health, Safety, or Welfare. Laws seem to be very similar here just categorized differently.

    Still think its a well dodgy conviction myself. its all circumstantial and no comparative. We won a forensics/digital case where one person was charged with downloading illegal images whilst in office. A move was made after first hearing to seize all machines in office and sure enough.. all 5 machines in office including original complainant has same images with a bit.torrent. For some mysterious reason case as dropped and poof, reputations ruined as smoke=fire
