- After weeks of digging for placer Gold in our Drift mine, we finally broke our Gold Record with our latest clean out of the sluice box from our wash plant. It's the biggest pan of Gold we have ever seen, and it has everything from flour Gold to course Nuggets with specimen Gold too. Better the Gold Rush.

This has got to be one of the Biggest cleanups we have ever seen come out of our Drift mine with specimen Gold too. It's so exciting that we found a second tributary feeding into the old River Channel producing more Gold .....now we have to start digging another drift to chase that one to. After seeing this we will have to weigh our Gold in pounds. PLUS a big shout out to my wife Lila for all her work supporting the mine and running the wash plant . I am from Africa Zambia. Everything you have taught me, I have started using it and OMG 😱, I just discovered plenty of gold in my land. Hi, I'm glad that you are posting your gold found. It makes my job easier. We will assume the amount of gold found because our records show nothing was reported. We are taxing you at a rate of 99% plus double and attorney fees. You now owe the Government more than you are worth. The Marshall's office will take possession of the mine but you have to keep working it. We need more money to send to Ukraine.

Dang nabbit Jeff. That's one heckuva pan. I'm even impressed. Loved the Walter jig with the kneepads on. I chuckled. I'm going to tell you Dec 9 last year I spent 9 days in ICU. I stared death in the face many times. But this one near took me. I'm a master journeyman concrete carpenter and 10 years clean CDL. I lost it all and my recovery this time has taken longer. It was my heart. No messing around anymore. Quit smoking and whiskey. Sure miss that shot now and then. Eating better and slowed way down. I think by summer I want bucket list. Thinking central Nevada closer to Utah side. One last time. And I want Montana saphires too. But if yer up to it pioche or Ely we could rondevouxe that mountains pretty big and covered in shiney. Just a thought.

Jeff,you got me so fired up,while watching your video,I decided to tunnel through my basement wall.I drove a 100’ tunnel and I’ll be dammed if I didn’t hit an under ground river.It was all clay until I struck the river,which was encased in concrete like rock,with a lot of gravel neath it.it only took 1 stick of dynamite,and I was in the river bed!😔But, now everyone it rains,my damned basement floods,how do you get water out yer mine??

Jeff, I have wanted to be a miner since I was a child. Are you looking to hire? I could definitely TRY and match your energy and get in there, get dirty and get that shiny! Im willing to relocate from the south. BUT, there is still a bunch of gold in the base of the Appalachian mountains in Alabama. I know over 10,000 ounces came out of here, at least. It could make for a good show to explore other parts of the country. I just wanna get into mining and love your show and Im sure youd be a great guy to work with.
