- Everybody has things they want to accomplish for me tackling this particular river was a dream of mine which started a few years ago now. I dreamt of gold nuggets sitting in deep pools of this river never discovered because of the remoteness of the location, rich gold deposits hiding away below the surface.
Join me on a four day prospecting journey as I discover the largest gold discovery I’ve ever found. The most remote sniping trip I’ve ever unlocked, 17kms of river a 41kilometre return trip through steep gorges, waterfalls, log jams and some of the steepest country I've ever hiked through. Again, as watched you. Thought about the Float attachment Air intake line , that can be hooked up to your Snorkel, and floating on the surface..
A Clear Ribbed Hoses are cheap, lite , expandable, and efficient.
If you had some special pockets on the outside of your wet suit legs and ankles.
Small round rocks in the local area, could be harnessed to be as weights. To your required
Weights to keep you down, and constant Air to your lungs.

Mate, this has been one of the coolest things I've watched. Years ago I was a wildland firefighter. We'd been helicoptered deep into the wilderness, where I don't think a human had set foot in a long time. I was walking up a ravine with my crew and a pretty heavy rain storm hit. The water started flowing, which I'm guessing it only did during hard rain. It was steep and fast moving but shallow. I was using my pulaski as a walking stick and clinked it directly in the water and saw this nugget nothing huge, maybe the size of 2-3 marbles, get knocked over this big rock, it moved just slow enough to give me a good look at it "say holy sh, that's gold!" Then it washed over the rock and disappeared into the abyss. I couldn't tell all the boys "Hey hold up guys, I'm gonna prospect." I did get a little time to look, but never found it. I GPS'd the coords in my old Garmin and tried to get back there 3 different times, but couldn't do the multi day trip like you did here, and a heli was out of the question. I thought about that nugget for years haha. This series just let me live vicariously through you, I was fully with you. Thanks

I can think of two moves/spring cleanings where I saved it from being thrown out. Like "NO!! Are you crazy?? That has my gps coords to my gold." You get us a Heli and I'll fax the coords over

I don't know if you work another job, but you shouldn't. You need to get back out to that river because whatever you find in gold is going to pale in comparison to what a million subs will bring in. You could use different size screens for cleaning the gold, that chunky of gold should be easy to separate!! Thanks for taking us along on your adventure, most of us are only finding flour gold!!

Levi ....Man .....What an awesome video! I love the fact that you got record gold, but the magnificent scenery was more gold for the eyes and I'm sure soothed your soul, as it did for me.
I spent 27 years in the Aussie Army working in forest like yours. To say I am envious is an understatement. The Gold would be the cream on top, of an experience like that for me. At the end with your boys. Any experience you have had will be nothing, until your take them on a trip finding gold together.

That trip was mana from heaven the scenery the noise of the bush also the river wow just wow imagine if you had scuba gear at the first Gold spot 91g would have been small change but it was a reckie trip of the river now you know where the gold lies you must be bursting to return thank you Levi for sharing your knowledge and experience on these trips of a lifetime wasn’t feeling to great today due to my bpd I was feeling so down but watching this has been so relaxing thanks again Levi all the best to you and your beautiful family from me here in Glasgow Scotland 🏴 ❤

Wow, great job! Love to see the gold payoff like that for you man! Still, to me, the most impressive part is just how much ground you covered on this trip. When you casually cut the camera then come back with "just 1 more km up river" few people realize just how much effort it takes to travel that 1 km! Can't wait to see the dive setup!
