Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (commonly shortened to IVM) is a Nigerian automobile manufacturer headquartered in Nnewi, Anambra, Nigeria. It was founded by Chief Innocent Chukwuma Nwala. Innoson Vehicle Manufacturing is nicknamed Pride Of African Roads. According to the company, 70% of its car parts are produced locally, while the rest are sourced from Japan, China, and Germany.

@@MrSledge-vh7snhe has 2-4 million cars as well. All you need to do is to ask. Price are influenced by customs duty/ dollar racketeering. If the government want to help, the government should give important duty free or at least 0.1% to help the economy and help to drive the prices down.
You also forgot that most businesses are run via borrowed money. For the fact thar this man created an employment, he should be appreciated and helped so that the prices of these vehicles can drop. Besides if yoi convert those money into Ghana currency you will know that the man's price is not that high. Convert it to dollars.

I agree with you that the price needs to come down. However, government should subsidised home made goods to encourage manufacturing.
Innoson is offering car loans and hire purchasing which is encouraging. You don't need to pay the whole money. It cost could be spread 3-4 years. 😊

IF THE PRICE IS TOO EXPENSIVE AND NOT AFFORDABLE FOR THE NIGERIAN MARKET THEN ITS ALL NONSENSE AND NO DIFFERENT FROM THE ONES IMPORTED. I'D RATHER SETTLE FOR AN IMPORTED MERCEDES WITH LONG HISTORY OF DURABILITY THAN SOMETHING LOCALLY MADE AND STILL EXPENSIVE WITH NO GUARANTEE OF DURABILITY AND STYLE.
