  • Hold your breath with me as I attempt a maximum dive in DNF - Dynamic No Fins.
I completed this dive two weeks after my Guinness WR Attempt, when I completed 101x25m DNF laps in one hour! 🎉
My CO2 tolerance was super high but I haven’t specifically trained for a long dive and you can see it at the end of the video.
LMC - Loss of Motor Control happens because of lower levels of O2 in the brain. It’s not dangerous, and it’s easy to recover by doing recovery breaths.
‼️ Do not attempt to do a maximum dive alone. It can be the last thing you ever do :(‼️
Freediving is a safe and beautiful sport if done properly.

Thank you so much for your effort and work and wish you deeply all your goals to be achieved! You are a role model for me combining masterful aquatics, parenting and promoting a healthy lifestyle altogether! I am currently training for my Lifeguard licence and I struggle in 25m of apnea but your videos on technic and effortless gliding gave me ideas on how to perfect my motion underwater.
    - You got a new fan from Greece, take care 🩵

Great video and narration. Getting the beauty but also safety aspect of the sport across. Hope you can gain an even wider audience with this sort of videos so more people see what a wonderful sport it is and that it's safe.

Loved the narration. Great performance! your 100m was already impressive but to do 147 with recovery from lmc! Wow

1 minute 40, I don't have a safety person and smashed my record by far so I kept it safe and ended it there. You had reached the 75m mark. In the pool my PB is 25m in 30 seconds😊

I watched your video and managed to hold my breath for the entirety of this dive (from the start to when you came up for air) but I have no training whatsoever and I don't know how I did it. P.S. I did it while lying on the bed doing situps and I still don't know how to swim 😅
