002 - Recovery & Encouragement - Part 2 of my story

Episode 002
I'm finally documenting my recovery. This is what I wanted when I was in the hospital...searching for hope! So, I want to let people know, it can be done! Keep pushing! It can be crazy hard, slow, and painful...but keep fighting!I sustained a TBI - DAI or shaken baby syndrome and 3 strokes. No joke, right?!
Thankfully, I had a TON of encouragement and support!!! My friends and the ENTIRE ALC community are AWESOME!!! Thanks for all the prayers and good vides!

Love these videos! Keep them coming. I’m still a believer that your story is going to get Ellen’s attention. Congrats on the new relationship! I’ve never met you, but I’ve followed your recovery since day one. We have a mutual Nashville friend who used to be my cycling buddy before I moved and that’s how I learned of the accident. I prayed for you every night during those first few months and I know you’re one of my prayers that God answered. Proud of you :)

Wow!!! Thank you SOOO MUCH!!! I appreciate it! And I would LOVE to get Ellen's attention...I think she's a pretty rad chic! Nashville is an INCREDIBLE place! I'm glad you had some cycling friends there...I lived there *before* I got into cycling. 😣
