Nifty machine, but has performance notably below my 1980 Lux 1401B with the PN4. Similar power usage as well. Thanks for testing! Keep 'em coming. 👍

Huh Haven't seen one of those before it seems pretty similar though

Wow that is poor airflow and one of the biggest let downs what I have seen. My Lux Royal D790 (late 80's to early 90's) with 1150w motor pulls 102cfm from the hose end. Not only that, but my Elektro Helios Electronic U318 (Lux 325, late 70's) pulls 90cfm from the hose end with the original 900w motor and braided hose. And yes motorst in these have this weird axle end what makes them unserviceable. Than god they last a long time.

Agreed. I've seen your videos on the lux so i figured this may be similar but lesser than yours but man it's...nowhere near as powerful.

@@Blackheartvacs I might buy one of these 739 era design Lux vacs just to be curious. They were extremely popular in Finland thanks to busy door to door salesman and rare to Finland powerhead included. Powerhead was their "trick" Almost everyone used straight suction canisters and salesman always pulled tons of dirt from customers rugs. Still time to time I see these for sale.

@@vacuumtests9225 Would be cool to see other's readings on a similar machine.
