Cant wait to make this soon for me i love pasta soooooooooo much i never had spicy tomato spaghetti before perfect for my after office meals
Spicy sauce is the best. I add a pinch or two of red pepper flakes, or if I'm making a big pot of sauce simmering for several hours, I take 3-4 jalapenos and put knife slits in them and add them to the pot. Learned that from my Italian neighbors.

Happy New Year! Those Kiva paprikas are really good. They add a real smokiness to dishes. I like a lil' more heat so red pepper flake and/or jalapenos to my sauces. Oregano too.

Omg, I'm a new subscriber and I am sitting in a hospital salivating over this spaghetti dish. Wishing the hospital would make this..ijs My mother and both grandmothers and aunts made this. Thank you for all your amazing videos. I really like how they are quick and easy! Question: when you use a can of tomato sauce- is that like crushed tomatoes? Canned tomato sauce is a puree of tomatoes, similar to passata :) Much love
Pasta Sauce 101 - A 1/2 cup of pasta water added to the to pan will make the sauce smoother make it stick better to the pasta.
Definitely going to try this, got most of the ingredients except Spanish paprika just normal paprika.

When I was a kid I had a Puerto Rican boyfriend whose abuela used to make us spicy spaghetti with green olives. So good! She spoke no English and I no Spanish then but communicated love to me with her food.

Believe me! in Spain pastas come from Italy The only authentically Spanish thing in this recipe is the strumming of the guitar at the beginning of the video... the rest is as iconically fake as a Loewe handbag... made in China. Enjoy the fake and imaginative recipe (why not?)! ¡Buen provecho!
