The problem with this is that, even if you truly believe that you're destined for great things (for example because of your education and the detailed plans you've made), trying to convey that to a girl when you're currently HOMELESS is almost indubitably HOPELESS. Because A. Women need certainty and place a lot of weight on social value, and B. Trying to convey that at all demonstrates a lack of confidence.
Yeah. First step then of the approach is probably to get a job, and just get at it, no matter what the position is. Be driven to outshite what they hired you for. That drive will be felt.
